Smart hard work -- in ministry too as unto the Lord, a good thang! But not too much work so as to hurt Him or others. You know that.

"Go to the ant, you sluggard! Consider her ways and be wise," Prov 6:6

The ant cooperates with others -- is diligent to work together in gathering.
