F4S: Good leadership influences in a good way, and never in some other inferior sort of way.

Good leadership influences in a good way, and never in some other inferior sort of way.

Bottom line, servant leadership in the Lord is about assisting and the best type of influencing.. minus all spiritual compromise. Nothing more, nothing less, and nothing else.

That's what it's about, obedience to Authority in following the Lord His way and allowing Him to work through you.

"Speaking of our tendency to imitate, I find that my own mind seems remarkably malleable, impressed by whatever I read or see modeled around me. I can be influenced. A steady diet of cynical political commentary always makes me more negative. Being with friends who gossip can make me more careless about how I speak. None of us is so mature that we cannot be influenced. The question is: Who or what do we want to shape our lives? Even the culture around us will try to ‘disciple’ us if we have not placed ourselves under the transforming influence of Jesus Christ." ~ Chris Mathus

I see some individuals and marvel as they are called "influencers." Do they ponder, do they each know in what direction they will end up influencing other people? Today some Christians too have thousands or millions of so-called 'friends' and 'loyal followers' on Social Media as if numbers legitimize or diminish their ministry. I muse over the abilities that technology has allowed each one of us and I pray they will use all that for tactfully spreading the gospel and for God's glory!

Some people are sadly mistaken about this "numbers legitimizing a ministry." We all (I mean all John 3:3 reborn Christians who want to grow in the Lord) indeed have a ministry, whether it is to a handful of people or whether it be to millions of people around the globe. Perhaps God doesn’t really focus so much on the numbers (you know He's not blind to numbers cuz they represent individuals right.. but), He looks at hearts more and we each leave our imprint upon some. He can do that through us. Christ had twelve close disciples, and three were closer still. He had a relationship with each of these wonderful but flawed people, he knew everyone by name, he knew their hearts, the number of hairs on their heads, and He knows this now. He knows who you are too. Who is influencing you the most, and who are you really influencing today? What is the fruit of your ministry? Will the fruit of your ministry abide?

Listen, if you turn your head round in a 180° motion and there is no one behind you following, then you are not leading. You might think you're a leader, but leaders have people following after them.

I challenge you. I implore you. I encourage you to lovingly seek the ultimate influencer and by His wisdom to influence. I urge you to build others up (especially Christian people who want to be influenced by the Bible and to influence). I challenge you to hear God's word a lot and to equip others with the Bible. Yes, with charity and with the truth of the word of God (the Bible), to add value to other people's lives. I implore you to lead yourself first, and then to influence other people in the best possible direction for them. That's what is great for you and all people.

Everyone has some level of influence. Lately, have you been negatively or positively influencing other people? Lately, are you being negatively or positively influenced by some close friends? Who are your closest friends and why are they--why do you allow them to be so close to you?

Leadership primarily, basically, fundamentally boils down to the ability to come alongside to assist and influence people, nothing more and nothing less. If you look around behind you and find no one is following your lead, then you are simply going on a walk. I love to stroll. I love to go on long walks in nature -- it's not bad, but needed. But you're not truly leading when none are there, regardless of your self-perception, Sport.

Genuine leaders have followers who are actually following their example. I urge you, I entreat you, I inspire you to empower others in the right direction, to contribute positively to their lives with what's so.. with fitting words to comfort and point the way. Please guide them in the direction that's most beneficial for them, God knows that direction for each one (read through the entire Bible). Everyone wields some degree of influence today unless they are already physically dead.

Have you been exerting a negative or a positive type of influence on others recently? What does your life amount to so far? Have you been influenced negatively or positively by your close friends recently? Who are your closest friends and what makes them so close to you?

"Do not be so deceived and misled! Evil companionships (communion, associations) corrupt and deprave good manners and morals and character." 1 Corinthians 15:33 amp

In any given group of people, recognize that it's not always the paid professional with the nice name badge or not.. with the salary, with the corner office having a good view or even the one with that elevated position with a title who is the most influential person in that particular group. It could be a more quiet farmer.

Personally, Jack Graham is one person who regularly influences me today and I want to follow His good example cuz he has a long track record of making wise decisions.

It's true what the Bible teaches, hear all of it, check out the context too. God is the good influencer and we need to allow Him to do so.

In any given group of people, the most influential person is not always the one with the highest rank, with that spacious office, or the lofty or official title. Influence can come from various sources and is not solely dependent on one's professional status at all.

Influence Beyond Your Professional Status

Influence within a group can stem from a variety of factors, not just professional status or title. These can include:

Expertise and Knowledge: Individuals who possess a deep understanding or unique skills in a particular area can exert significant influence, as their opinions and suggestions are often highly valued.

Interpersonal Skills: Those with strong communication and relationship-building skills can also be highly influential. They can effectively persuade others and build consensus within the group.

Have godly character and integrity in influencing

People who demonstrate strong character and integrity can earn the respect and trust of others, enhancing their influence within the group.

Leadership Abilities: Even without a formal title, individuals who display leadership qualities—such as the ability to motivate others, solve problems, and make sound decisions—can have a significant impact on the group's direction and outcomes.

While professional status (think about the military) and title in some settings can confer a certain level of so-called "influence", they are not the sole determinants of a person's influence upon people within every group.

Have you been entrusted with some delegated authority? Well, there is direct Authority that we are all to submit to and be influenced by.

In groups here, other factors, such as expertise, interpersonal well-honned skills, good character, and inborn leadership gifting along with abilities, can also play a crucial role in this influencing lifestyle.

Remember your caring (top) leader who influences people

You can humbly come to and get right with Him today. Why put it off like so many people do? Not to decide is to decide. One day we each will come before and give an account of our lives to Him. What did we each do with the influence that He gave to us?

God Is Love. God is light. God is truth. God is the way. God, the Father, the son and the Holy Spirit have a good plan for you and care about you, your future. I say let God the Father, God, the son (Jesus Christ) and God the Holy Spirit have the greatest influence on you every single day. You can begin a wonderful, meaningful, intimate relationship with God, the Father through Jesus Christ, the son who died on the cross for your sins. You can enjoy this 2-way relationship starting today even now if you will simply repent of all your wrongdoings and trust Jesus to be your ultimate leader (Lord) and Savior. You can get real with him, you can be completely candid and totally honest with him. He can answer all your questions. he understands you through and through. as you pray and obey, allow Jesus Christ to influence other people around you in the best direction. as you do this, you'll notice that it's best for everyone. because our Father knows best, Jesus knows Best, The Holy Spirit knows best and and this God (a. Trinity 3-in-1) loves all people tremendously I wish words could describe the beauty of his personality, Holy faithful character and love.

Your message is a beautiful testament to your faith and belief in God. You've highlighted the key aspects of Christianity, such as the concept of the Holy Trinity (God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit), the importance of repentance, and the belief in Jesus Christ as the ultimate leader and savior.

God's Attributes

God is love says the Bible, yes he is embodying real love, light, and truth. He is thee way.

The Holy Trinity

The concept of the Holy Trinity is a central doctrine in many Christian denominations. It represents the belief that God is one Being who exists, simultaneously and eternally, as a mutual indwelling of three persons: the Father, the Son (incarnate as Jesus of Nazareth), and the Holy Spirit.

Repentance and Faith

Let me emphasize the importance of repentance and trusting in Jesus Christ for salvation. This is a fundamental belief in Christianity -- it's about right relationship. Through simple repentance with confession of sins and faith in Jesus Christ, anyone can have a personal relationship with God and His eternal life.

Prayer and God's Influence

Let me highlight God's power that arrives cuz of earnest prayer and the influence of Jesus Christ upon individuals and those around them. This aligns with our Christian beliefs. He is the one with real power, more than anyone other person and with transformative influence.

God's Love and Understanding

Choosing to trust Jesus, this relationship with full belief in God's Word empowers people. His immense love for all people and His thorough understanding of each individual is there. This is a comforting belief for many people in these turbulent perilous times, providing a sense of security and real purpose.

Christian Bible beliefs, living them out, and the potential for a personal growth in this transformative relationship with God ..will influence.

I challenge and encourage you in the Lord today to build others up with His love. Start again sharing the truth of the Bible -- His gospel message. Choose to add value to other's lives.

Live a disciplined life and lead yourself first, really be Christ's disciple and allow Him through you to disciple others (not in some pushy, demanding, lording it over kind of way but more naturally and gently like His way).

Yes, biblically influence others in the best possible direction and way for each one individually -- benefiting everyone around.

I pray to God the Father, that He and God the Son through the power of the Holy Spirit, will help you be inspired inside. I pray that he will daily inspire through you, uplifting, and positively influencing each person you meet individually, for their own good and for God's glory.

"Another person’s actions cannot change who I am unless I allow them to." ~ Dawna De Silva

"Christians need to learn from discerning voices. We need mature believers who will speak truth, guide us through trials, and teach us about God, real ministry, and culture. A major part of the problem in this age of outrage is that we are looking for answers in the wrong places. When we turn to the voices of our culture for wisdom—i.e., Fox News or MSNBC; celebrities or athletes; musicians or pop psychologists; or the self-help section at the bookstore or on our podcast app—we give platforms to people with no allegiance to or love for the gospel. (You know many keep putting out fake news, lies). One of the major ways to combat this and ensure our worldview is shaped by the gospel is by listening to voices that lead us toward holiness." ~ Christine Caine

Remember the “yes” you originally gave Jesus and why you gave it. Don’t spiritually compromise for influence on others. Choose not to trade in your “yes” to Christ for any amount of listeners, "followers" or influence upon anyone. Simply seek to please Him daily by wisely obeying His written word, via smart application, by wisely putting His principles into practice to glorify Him. He was there before the people knew you and He will be there when they’ve all changed their mind about you ..if they do. Some people are fickle, but we don't have to be that way. I exhort you to be a godly leader by the power of God's Spirit who always agrees with His word (the Bible).

"In every generation we who confess the Lord Jesus (and influence) are confronted with well-established offenses against Him, testing our courage. If we man up, some people will inevitably say we are moving too quickly and causing unnecessary provocation. That might be true. The moral nobility of a cause elevates no one above self-judgment, and crusaders can be the most self-righteous of all. But the Lordship of Christ judges everything, including both the offenses He calls us to challenge and our own excuses for not doing so." ~ Ray Ortland

Speak the truth in love. Do that gently, confidently, and intentionally. Don’t communicate your trials, your struggles, your personal storm to just anyone, to the wrong people. They can pull you down spiritually -- they will just drag you down. Communicate with God first and communicate with the godly spiritual people that He leads you to talk with. Listen well, and discern well what is really so.

The more you pray with biblical faith, the more you openly display a servant’s attitude and heart in all you do, the more of an impact you’ll have on people’s lives!

"We feel the breath of the wind upon our cheeks, we see the dust and the leaves blowing before the wind, we see the vessels at sea driven swiftly towards their (respective) ports, but the wind itself remains invisible. Just so with the Holy Spirit; we feel His breath upon our souls, we see the mighty things He does, but Himself we do not see. He is invisible, but He is real and perceptible." ~ Katherine Walden

I challenge you. I implore you from the core of my heart. I pray to the Lord today that I might encourage you to lovingly be influenced by Jesus, to build up like He does, to equip others with the truth of the word of God (the Bible), to add value to other people's lives. Do this in faith, lead yourself first and other people in the best possible direction for them. Influence yourself into the Book and on to your knees in the morning time.. and or at other times throughout the day.

Influence in a way that is biblical and true to real godliness -- that's what is great for you and all people. I pray that God the Son by His Holy Spirit will empower and help you encourage others, to uplift, and to influence other people in the best possible way for each one individually. Yes, for them and for God's glory today!
