If you build a house with the right tools and know-how, you typically end up with a house.
If you build a nuke with the right tools and know-how, you typically end up with a nuke. What if murderers do that for their purposes?
Did you know that China has been arming Iran lately? It's true.
Of course, all nations have flawed people in them (that God loves, that Jesus died for), with flawed individuals leading them.
Yes, there's only one Person in the whole universe (Jesus) who is completely good cuz He is God.Answering here what's been asked about: Why Iran is not allowed to have nuclear weapons - it's because they continually, repeatedly, constantly talk about annihilating Israel and America. They constantly put those words into destructive actions. Anti-Semitism sucks in every land it's found! Iran has long been the world's number one exporter of terrorists and terrorism - their purposes are most evil. They've taken "flawed, dishonest, hatefully-destructive and corrupt" to a much different evil level.
Very powerful weapons in some countries (like the USA) are simply a deterrent, yes protection for the Innocent in those countries.
What is antisemitism and what is the true spiritual origin of Anti-Semitism?
What is antisemitism and what is the true spiritual origin of anti-Semitism?
What even is antisemitism? Why has there been so much of that junk in people?
What is the cause of all the anti-Semitism in the world?
The truth is that the world hates the Jews because the world hates God. The Jews were God's firstborn, His chosen people (Deuteronomy 14:2).
Why is there so much anti-Semitism in the world?
The Jews are also (yes, each one of them, like we are..) flawed inside and out. They each need Christ like we do, (yes, he's their / our sinless Savior). They as a people-group have always been a part of God's redemptive plan to bring salvation to the whole world and God is not done with them. Check it out and then go recheck it out in the Bible! What specifically does the Bible say about Him and about the Jews?
Sure!
Why Anti-Semitism Is Sin, Still Matters To God—And Why Christians Must Care For The Innocent. "Love.. Always Protects."
Behind the headlines, beyond the big bombs, and beneath the ancient hatred of the Jewish people lies a spiritual warfare. Anti-Semitism is not merely a bad cultural issue or horrific political trend—it is a demonic assault on God’s chosen people and against His redemptive plan.
1.--A Hatred as Old as History, It's Been Extra Ugly!
The roots of anti-Semitism stretch deep—back to Pharaoh, to Haman, to Herod, to Hitler. And now, it lives on in the chants of crowds, the policies of regimes like Iran, and the subtle sneers of academic institutions.
“Satan has no greater hatred than for the people through whom God chose to bless the world.” — Dr. John MacArthur
In 2023 alone, the Anti-Defamation League reported nearly 8,000 anti-Semitic incidents in the U.S.—a 388% increase since 2015. College campuses saw a 321% spike in anti-Israel activism following the October 7 Hamas attacks. Europe sees an average of 10 antisemitic attacks daily. Evil is not retreating; it’s recruiting.
2.--Why Iran Can't Be Ignored Any Longer, Though Many Liberal Leaders Have Done That. Some Have Well Funded Them With Their Evil Purposes.
Some ask, “Why can't Iran have nuclear weapons?”
The better question is: "Would you hand a loaded gun to someone who keeps promising to shoot your family, your friends, or your loved-one's family and friends?"
Israel has long been our nation's ally, so what does that even mean to you?
Iran’s leaders have openly and repeatedly declared intentions to "wipe Israel off the map" and chant "Death to America!" in state-sponsored rallies. This isn't just bad foreign policy. It's a demonic intention.
Iran has remained the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism. Yes, worldwide, according to the U.S. State Department, funding Hezbollah, Hamas, and other groups. Their targets? Jews. Americans. Christians.
“Evil unchecked grows. Truth unspoken dies. The Church must not be silent.” — Dietrich Bonhoeffer
Like a gross algy, it grows. Don't let it take over. Address it.
3.--What Does the Bible Say?
Israel isn’t perfect by any means. No person or nation is. But their role in God’s story is unique and to be respected. Show them respect. Start by praying for them.
“The Jews are the carriers of God’s revelation.. the line through which the Messiah came.” — Dr. Adrian Rogers
Deuteronomy 7:6 says, “The Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for His treasured possession.”
The Apostle Paul in Romans 11:28–29 reminds us, “They are beloved for the sake of their forefathers. For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.”
And Romans 1:16 declares, “The gospel is the power of God for salvation… to the Jew first and also to the Greek.”
Yes, every Jewish soul needs Jesus Christ. So many missed Him during His first visit here but masses of Jews won't before His second visit here. Hating the Jewish people now (or at any time) because of their heritage is not only irrational—it’s completely satanic! Stop it, repent, believe in Christ and get saved.
“Satan hates the Jews with a passion because God loves them with a passion.” — Dr. David Jeremiah
4.--Why Anti-Semitism Is a Spiritual Issue
Hatred against Jews produces nothing good -- it's unnecessary.
Hatred against believers? It's also not needed. Jesus gave us the answer: “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated Me first.” (John 15:18)
The devil hates what God loves. And the Jewish people—despite their flaws, like all of us—were the first people God called to Himself. That alone makes them a target.
The world hates the Jews because it hates their Maker, their God. That’s the root of anti-Semitism.
5.--How Should Reborn Christians Respond?
-
Pray earnestly for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6).
-
Bless the people through whom our Messiah came (Genesis 12:3).
-
Stand against the rising tide of hatred against any people—even when it’s unpopular. Hate the destructive wrong deeds, words and attitudes.
-
Proclaim the Gospel tactfully, boldly, lovingly to Jew and Gentile alike, with sincerity, not with any arrogance.
Martin Luther (who was also very flawed in some areas) once truthfully sang:
“And though this world with devils filled, should threaten to undo us, we will not fear, for God hath willed His truth to triumph through us.”
That truth includes God's unwavering promises to His people. We dare not forget them.
Need A Take-Away Thought?
Anti-Semitism is not just an evil social concern; it’s a test of spiritual discernment for believers. To ignore it is to stand silent when God calls us to speak out against wickedness and for righteousness. We all need to take a stand against the evil in our work that hurts and destroys people. To wisely confront this, with the Gospel message, is what we are called to do. Scriptural wisdom and really smart Christlike compassion involves action nor passivity. It is about being salt and light here, it's about reflecting the very heart, character and nature of God. Jesus, at times, expressed righteous indignation against ongoing sin. Yes, He did good with that inside of him Him so others would get a clear message. God hates all sin, He hasn't changed.
The Christian man (or woman, or child) owes their Bible, their Savior, and their eternal hope to Jesus who alone saves, and to the Jewish people as well. Choose to express your gratitude upwards and outwards to/for them!
