Ya listen together, ya talk together, ya grow and go together.. yeah, ya walk together. Real close, and stay that way.

In healthy relationships, you know it’s about respect and candid communication.  Ya show honor to.  Yep, daily.

Q: How can you be or stay best friends with Someone you don’t spend a lot of time with.. or by staying all silent day in and day out?

Are you feelin' mad at God or at your spouse today? How much time have you prayed about that?

Bitterness is the acid that eats through and wrecks the container it's in. Forgiven people need to be forgiving people.

Cut em some slack, cuz you want them to do that for you ..right? Go vertical first. Stay in touch.. bitter and all irritated are way overacted

"And above all things have fervent love for one another, for ‘love will cover a multitude of sins.’” 1 Peter 4:8

Why if none are in danger from them, and they haven’t committed a crime where they might go do that again to hurt people.. go and report em?  I mean why go all public with your friend’s wrong-doin’s? Would you want em doing that to you? Love covers.  So cover em.. and first with prayer.

Remember when Noah got drunk after seeing that horrible ordeal? Lots of unbelievers wouldn't listen to what so.. they wouldn't hear him and they died. But his sons Shem and Japheth in love, took a garment and covered him. Let's be like them today.

Silence can be fatal. Especially in a relationship. But sometimes silence doesn't always have to mean something bad. Men and women react differently to the silence. And that's important to know when cultivating relationships! I say choose to pray together first and also. Choose to edify your friends like your sisters and brothers in church or school on a daily basis. Husbands, listen too, build up your wives and children with the Word. Live as an example. Point them out to Jesus. He is the ultimate Solution for any need a person can experience--can meet them all when I can't.

It's so imperative for real (born from above) Christians to chat with God everyday because this is the most important relationship there is.  Listen, ask questions.. He might answer you at this time or later. He owes us sinners nothing, but He is good and loves us. He wants a relationship with you too! Don't say your prayers, pray! It's how we grow and it's the ordained way we receive what we need from Him. Start by turning from sin and fully trusting God no matter what you feel like. Free forgiveness, simply ask and receive. Invite Him into your person and life.

“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” John 1:12-13

Johannas 1:12-14

Listen, take heed to His words and principles, Listen to people carefully as well. Express from your heart. Wait on Him.. first. Show honor to Him and to all. Value time with them. You want to be valued right? Reach up first.. early is good.. and then outwards. All your relationships matter gobs, and you matter GOBS to Him as well. Yup, He loves you and has a good plan for your life -- that’s no empty cliché. Even when it looks or feel bad... He’ll make it all work together for good for you, lover of God. ALL of it, some is bad but He’ make it happen for good for you. See Romans 8:28-29. Real lovers seek and love God the most. See Matthew 6:33. We love because He first loved us. Visit.. What does God in the Bible say about communication?

Christian communication - what are the keys? Are there any so called keys?

How is prayer communicating with God?

How does one handle conflict in a marriage (or any relationship for that matter)?  Why is there so much conflict in relationships here?

God by His Spirit communicates. And when the Bible is open and your heart is too for what He’ll say from it... God speaks. Speak to Him, listen well or until well and obey His word.

The Bible is God’s love-letter to the believer. Are you one yet?

How do we decide which books belong in the Bible since the Bible does not say which books belong in the Bible?

Should a Christian use a dating service founded by whoever.. to communicate with, to meet, and perhaps find a spouse? Good question huh.

God spoke and will speak to your heart, believer. Wait on Him.

God is not hiding from men..all silent like. Nope. Men are hiding from God. Most are not reaching out or are reasoning with Him candidly. He says, Come let us reason together. Like potential close friends as he hopes will be the case. Yep, most people are running from and are hiding from.. and this started in the garden. Remember the fig leaves?

"At that moment their eyes were opened, and they suddenly felt shame at their nakedness. So they sewed fig leaves together to cover themselves." Gen. 3:7 nlt

Ever been feelin’ angry at God, and askin’ Him why there is so much evil in this world.... in this world gone sideways? Have you suffered loss? I’ve been there before.

Q: Had some really bad things happen to ya? So sorry. Hate that!

Got a pile of bitter anxiety and pain, or more like a mountain of it to climb over?  Need some solid truths to help combat or deal with these feelings of anger?  We each can choose to live ticked-off-free.  There is power and comfort in the Scriptures.

"For the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God." James 1:20
Have you been lookin’ forward to something really cool, and then BAM!.. you find out last minute that it ain’t gunna happen.. like ever. It was gunna, and now it isn’t going to happen.
And then perhaps.. you started to pick yourself back up again.. and started looking forward to doing something else instead..... but then that too collapsed ..ain’t gunna happen now. Do you feel like He ditched you and is a million miles away... like you're non-blessable, unloveable, like He wants to hammer or ignore you, or just look the other way... like He's completely indifferent to you and your needs?
“My God, my God, why have you abandoned me? Why are you so far away when I groan for help? Every day I call to you, my God, but you do not answer. Every night I lift my voice, but I find no relieve. Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel.” Psalm 22:1-3
“O Lord, I have so many enemies; so many are against me. So many are saying, ‘God will never rescue him!’ But you, O Lord, are a shield around me; you are my glory, the one who holds my head high.” Psalm 3:1-6
“How long, O Lord, will you look on and do nothing? Rescue me from their fierce attacks. Protect my life from these lions! Then I will thank you in front of the great assembly. I will praise you before all the people.” Psalm 35:17-18
“’O God my rock,’ I cry, “Why have you forgotten me? Why must I wander around in grief, oppressed by my enemies?’ Their taunts break my bones. They scoff, ‘Where is this God of yours?’ Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again – my Savior and my God!” Psalm 42:9-11

Why be angry at people made in God's image--you know, at saints or sinners?
Choose to live free from ticked-off at people. You can do it, there's a Way. One Way -- it's through Jesus.
"Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice." Ephesians 4:31
"As churning the milk produces butter, and as twisting the nose produces blood, so stirring up anger produces strife." Proverbs 30:33
God says that death and life are in the tongue. Do you have trouble controlling what you say, or how you say it? If someone listened to how you talk, would they say you sound frustrated, angry, or joyous, upbeat and loving?

God can help us. "We can't say we love God if we don't love one another; for love is God.." 1 John 4:7-8

Listen, because you and I are not perfect like Jesus is, we might feel and be unrighteously angry at times. Hey, it's okay to be angry at the evil around us -- that's only right (Christ expressed that at times--remember the religious leaders gouging folks in the place of worship?), but it is important for us not to let anger lead us into sin. We can do that by confronting our unrighteous anger rather than letting it fester. What do you do? How do you say no to your fleshly nature and attempt to stop being angry?

I had a cool younger sister named Kathy, but she got murdered decades ago in her home with a very small son there who saw it all happen.

Then he with a broken heart of sorrow died in his twenties..on his birthday.  Still don’t know who did it, but God does and He will deal with them.  I can’t describe how if felt speaking at her funeral, and seein’ my parents get crushed by that.
God didn’t do that, He’s never done people or angels wrong. He won't turn you away or abandon you.
Remember Job in the Bible. He kept worshiping the Lord...after a whole lot of pain and loss happened. Ya might want to prayerfully meditate upon his conversations and book again. Go read chapter 3.
“Oh, why give light to those in misery, and life to those who are bitter? They long for death, and it won’t come. They search for death more eagerly than for hidden treasure.” Job 3:20-21
“Why is life given to those with no future, those God has surrounded with difficulties? I cannot eat for sighing; my groans pour out like water. What I always feared has happened to me. What I dreaded has come true. I have no peace, no quietness. I have no rest; only trouble comes.” Job 3:23-26
Listen, I know it hurts, but I also know God is good and has a good plan in this stuff. I know He cares for you -- loves you gobs. I trust Him today. I believe that His plan is bigger, smarter, and better than my tiny plan. And I trust that He has a purpose in all this -- a good reason for what He’s allowed to happen. He did for Job. Go check out the end of his story. Give God something more to work with--give Him yourself okay.
The Bible says, “Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath! Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil.” Psalms 37:8
“Whoever is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly.” Proverbs 14:29
“Good sense makes one slow to anger, and it is his glory to overlook an offense.” Proverbs 19:11
“Be not quick in your spirit to become angry, for anger lodges in the bosom of fools.” Ecclesiastes 7:9

God can handle your brutal honesty to Him. All of it.
So wants to hear from you.. straight from your heart.
Doesn't need some religiously stiff prayers, so non-personal and formal.
Wants you!  Yup, near, made whole.
Likes gettin' real kinda prayin' over merely "saying your prayers."
Sure. He totally gets it.. understands how you feel right now. Can heal and restore you.
Would you pray something like this...
God, Oh Lord, here on this sin-cursed planet please help me get through this junk. Have I been presumptuous at all? I have felt so angry at you, I have tons of questions even, but You didn’t do me or my loved ones any wrong. It kind of seemed like You did, or at least like You could have prevented things. Comfort me and my friends. I am ready to be all done with the anger. Please forgive me, come be Lord in me, heal and help me start a new with your strong grace in Jesus’ Name. Even if I don’t understand it until later on. AmenFacebook.com/shareJesus
"But now you must also rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips." Colossians 3:8 #LoveIsPatient
"A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Proverbs 15:1
What's most on the heart, will be most on the lips. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
"Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath." Ephesians 4:26 #AtTheEvil
"Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools." Ecclesiastes 7:9

Bitter... party of one?

Bitter? Ticked off? Offended by the offensive n spiritually dim? Hurt by the shortsighted 'ignert' folk? Angry at the injustice, at real abusers, at long term weirdness or at those who play favorites? Is there something you can biblically do about it to protect others? Do it.

Talkin' non-stop about how they did u or ur friends..WRONG..instead of about how good Christ is? Never let bitterness take root in u and hinder your good witness! Believer, sinners sin cuz they're sinners. Please don't think that u can change em. How much have u prayed for them?

News Flash: U don't really have to hang tight with creeps all the time. Be and influence on others, but when some people start to tear down the work of Christ in your life, just bail n get away from em. Walk tight with the wise instead.

There are enough hard things that happen in our lives that it would be so easy to grow bitter rather than better. Have you been ripped off? Have you suffered loss yet? Have people that you looked up to..majorly let you down? Please forgive em and let it all go. You and I have blown it in big and small ways too - and we have deeply hurt God in this, but God is there to forgive us in Christ Jesus His wonderful Son. And He actually can work things together for good from all that was so SO bad - He can bring good out of the bad that happened. All that you lost might not return to you. Job didn't get his kids back, but check out the end of his personal story (reminds us of Romans 8:28 huh). Choose to set aside your bitterness today so that God can begin to heal you on the inside. He does want to minister to you and bless you more than you want to receive from Him and His timing is right on. The sins of others may have burned you or your loved ones bad ..sorry about all that.. but God has never let you down once. Never forget that.

My ole pastor, Chuck Smith, in California once said, "We must guard against bitterness. Bitterness is an attitude that I choose because of the circumstances that I face. I don't have to become bitter, I choose to become bitter...Out of suffering, out of sorrow, the roots can go deep into God and the life can become beautiful, and strong, and powerful. Or you can root into bitterness and your life becomes bitter and tight, and tense."

The Bible commands, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you" (Paul, Eph. 4:31-32).
