Go one with One on one, Remember how Philip obeyed the Lord. He got his go from God and then opened his mouth boldly sharing the Gospel with a lost Eunuch.

One with One on one world changers all have an active faith, not some passive kinda faith. God gives em this faith. 

Listen, if you can’t yet believe God for and pray down a city-shaking or nation-changing Spiritual awakening due to a biblical revival in His church.. then pray and believe Him for this down into you.

Have saving faith to enter His rest. When you receive Christ by faith, you receive the Winner of all winners inside and He can help you win in life! He can use you to win souls. As you follow, He will win souls through you! 

One on one faith is given to us to wisely use, to exercise, to flex, to develop, to stretch -- don’t let it just remain static or atrophy. Use it or lose it. Pray in the Holy Spirit, go tell as Jesus leads you, and wisely applying the word of God. 

"Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning at this Scripture, preached Jesus to him." Acts 8:35 nkjv

What matters to God? People do. Pursue the things of heaven. "Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things." Colossians 3:2

Don't get all caught up in the things of earth that you lose your primary focus. Jesus. Yeah, don't be conformed to the things of this world. Instead be transformed by the word of God. Live your life as His rep -  go one with One first. Go one on one. Stay centered upon Jesus and what really concerns Him. 

There's a time to prayerfully listen, a time to ask the right questions. I don't want to miss with my words, with parts of my story or with the whole thing, or with God's Scriptures when sharing with a lost friend! We are livin' in the last days!

"So if you’re serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it. Pursue the things over which Christ presides. Don’t shuffle along, eyes to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front of you. Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that’s where the action is. By faith real friends win their friends to the best of all friends, Jesus Christ. And they non-pushy-disciple-em too, lovingly sowing God's truth into their minds and hearts. Philip went one on one with One leading him in this.

"One on one" (kind of sports terms here..like in basketball), but these three words can be witnessing terms as well..an activity far more important in our day.  

One with One - is far more important to me -- prayer terms. You've heard of initiative-personal evangelism, well I am thinkin' about prayer-evangelism. Musing on allowing the Spirit to guide you tactfully with those verses previously set to memory. During these last days, we can't really afford to miss-apply, or not give sinners and saints what's fitting to help.    

One with One on one world changers have an active faith, not a passive one. Are you a faith filled reproducing disciple-maker where those disciples become reproducing disciple-makers? One with One on one can of course go one with One on more than one at a time, but this One (Christ) still saves people one by one.  

If you can’t yet believe God for a city or nation-changing awakening or biblical revival.. then believe Him for this into you.

When I see me I see weakness, God sees potential. I feel hopeless just like my story is over, but God doesn’t see that for me. 

Today we’ve been seeing the world turning us believers upside down, instead of us turning it upside down by faith.

"But when they did not find them, they dragged Jason and some brethren to the rulers of the city, crying out, ‘These who have turned the world upside down have come here too.’" Acts 17:6 nkjv

- World changers have an active faith, not a passive one. Listen, the more you use of your faith the stronger it gets. Faith is like a muscle, the more you properly use it the stronger it gets. Is your faith all show and no go? 

- World changers do things with their faith. Abraham obeyed God. A faith that has no works is a faith that does not work. 

- World changers have a faith that can be tested. Christians are like tea bags the strength comes out in hot water. We get faith by hearing, by reading, by grasping or understanding.. and applying the word. 

- Faith can make the difference between something good happening or not happening. Remember the lady who appealed to Jesus for daughter.

By contrast.. Jesus could do no mighty works there because of their unbelief. We can stop the work of God in our lives by unbelief. 

"So they were offended at Him.  But Jesus said to them, ‘A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house.’ Now He did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief.’" Matthew 13:57-58 nkjv

Without faith it is impossible to please God. He rewards those who diligently seek Him. He wants to work in your life, in your sphere of influence. Apply biblical faith and take wise risks. The mouths of lions can be closed by Him due to your faith. Remember Daniel who daily prayed?.. he didn’t become their meal.   

- World changers are indestructible until God is done with them here. Don’t be afraid to die. Better to be in a lion’s den with God than anywhere without him. You.. trust the Lord! 

Q. By faith Philip went public instead of always staying private? There's a time for private and alone with the Lord, but there is a time to go tactfully share the gospel with the unregenerate. Do you recall when the Holy Spirit used an angel of the Lord to guide Philip into one-on-one world-changing? He boldly preached Christ in a non-preachy way to a very loved Ethiopian. We each can do that. 

"So when they had testified and preached the word of the Lord, they returned to Jerusalem, preaching the gospel in many villages of the Samaritans. 26 Now an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, “Arise and go toward the south along the road which goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.” This is desert. 27 So he arose and went. And behold, a man of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under Candace the queen of the Ethiopians, who had charge of all her treasury, and had come to Jerusalem to worship, 28 was returning. Some world changers are blessed to escape danger they face (like Daniel, Esther, Shadrach Meshach and Abednego) and other ones are persecuted until crippled or unto death (Stephen, Paul, James). In both groups, they are winners in God's eyes. If you're persecuted, believer, just make sure it's for righteousness' sake instead of for just acting like a jerk. Stay faithful. World changers will have their reward.

Real world changers are LOVED, are never alone, and yes they are indestructible until the time when God wants them to come home. So quit freakin' out about the time of your death. Our time for fruitfulness here is limited. Jesus gave us a directive...

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

"Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses." 1 Timothy 6:12 nkjv

Don't let yourself stay down, or get all weary in well-doin' -- press in to know the Lord.

Had what seems like opposition in some really unexpected areas of life lately, believer? Remember, the Christian life is not a playground, it is a battleground.

This is the day to pray, to praise, and to worship the Lord.. first and all through the day. Yes, to pray to our One God in Jesus' Name! 

Let's keep asking for a biblical revival and an authentic 5th Great Awakening. Can happen! Look around you, this is the day to see God move! Talkin' 'bout the JOY of Spirit-led prayer-evangelism!   

"And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; and they shall prophesy." Acts 2:17-18 nkjv

You know that throughout history there've been the so called rock-stars of our historic faith (i.e., Abraham, Moses, Elijah, Esther, Mary, Martin Luther, Jonathan Edwards, Paul, Charles Spurgeon, Dwight Lyman Moody, Billy Frank Graham to name some) that were used of God to do great exploits. They enjoyed close intimate friendship with God and earnestly prayed for people. 

"When Elijah heard it, he wrapped his face in his cloak and went out and stood at the mouth of the cave. Suddenly a voice came to him and said, 'What are you doing here, Elijah?'" 1 Kings 19:13

These ordinary (saved by faith sinners) dudes and women.. were indeed world changers via their supplications and boldly spreading the Message. But there were other world-changers who simply endured harsh treatment and full on persecution. These people were also used of God starting by intercession and graciously sharing truth..... but you can be used as well, world-changer!  

"Still others endured mocking and flogging, and even chains and imprisonment. They were stoned, they were sawed in two, they were put to death by the sword. They went around in sheepskins and goatskins, destitute, oppressed, and mistreated. The world was not worthy of them. They wandered in deserts and mountains, and hid in caves and holes in the ground.." Hebrews 11:36-38

It's time we show love to all sinners, and yet call sin.. sin again. A society is defined by what it now tolerates. Our society in the USA used to not tolerate homosexuality, lesbianism, porn, fornication and pregnancy before marriage, abortions, crimes of looting rioting to send a message or for any reason, violence, but now if you say that Hey, that's actually wrong guess what.. they won't tolerate you. You know the world today won't.

"God then called the man Adam, and later created Eve" ...not some person named, Bruce or Steve. (True. See Gen 2).

Philip went one on one with One leading him. Sure, he'd first spent some time alone with One who cares about everyone! The One who delights to use each of us, the One who still saves people one by one. This is what happens with real revival! 

"Stupid people are happy with their foolishness, but the wise will do what is right." Proverbs 15:21

We will either evangelize or fossilize, believer. It's no time for some lame victim-mentality. Remember, a whole LOT happened to Christ for us.. and He (our ultimate Solution) never took on that kinda mentality. He died and rose again to set people free. That's what he was about and is about. The same yesterday, today and forever. It's time for another outpouring, a 5th awakening, prayer-evangelism. Let Him use you in praying and providing real solutions. No time to just complain about problems some people create.

You, me, we can clearly see if we want. We can live hopeful, full of JOY, and even mourn at the same time. Have you suffered loss? You can still travel on purpose! I mean with the eternal purpose that God has for you. We can be winsome and win some. Not to you win, but to Jesus!

Hey, the messenger's duty so to speak.. ain't that all believe. It's simply to deliver the Message clearly, in their respective language. Never take it personal when loved ones don’t believe you. That’s between them and God (as well as what they will contend with in the future). I’ve tried to do my best to warn and deliver the Message.  

Sure, be encouraged in the Lord. Recall Noah and Lot back in the day...out delivering the Message that warns.. that would save people. People have far more value than mere animals though God loves them as well. 

I say travel on purpose -- the eternal purpose that God has for you. Be winsome..and win some. Not to you, but Jesus!

Opt to be a worldchanger at the end of the world so to speak. Remember Noah and Lot both lived at the end of the world....each at the end of their world.. Easy to see around you..you’re living in the Last Days. You know it, at least in your last days. Bible prophecy will be fulfilled - 100% as God said. 

Think. Which bible character had hearers that refused to hear em and believe? I think of Jeremiah, Noah and Lot.  

The last two each lived at the end of their world if ya will.. right before a cataclysm arrived on earth. Noah built a big boat and he won his family over to faith in the one living God, but Lot got a couple daughters out of town, away from the danger zone. You remember how his wife turned and looked in longing for that worldly place and got judged. Man, Lots' relatives didn't want to listen to him or follow. Did they feel they had too much to lose there? Was it due to his lame example that Lot set that he couldn't even get his own wife to safety?

We don’t really see the USA in Bible prophecy. Perhaps we’re the young lions of Tarshish. Is the United States really a Christian nation?

Have ya been distracted away, or wandered some? Get back.. close.

 Have ya drifted?  Drift no more.

Take some time today to just wait upon the Lord to hear, and build up your intimate relationship with Him. Yeah, see if He would speak to your heart as you prayerfully open His Book again.  

Without growing weary (like in that well doing), you have persevered thus far and endured many things for the sake of His Name. Let your heart be filled with hope again, with grace, with truth, with JOY and with songs. Keep your focus on you first love, Jesus (Revelation 2:4). 

Toss not what’s holy or those pearls of yours so to speak down before those spiritual swine and dogs -- cuz they as some sheep even do.. like to bite. Listen, some people enjoy living closed without any assurance. They’re not interested in even looking at what’s so or at any evidence (you know, like our low and high US courts. Matt. 7:6). 

No (spiritual) compromise! No time for it! Avoid the lying media, there’s so much of it in many locations (BTW CNN is now being removed from our International Airports YAY!). 

Lean not on your own understanding when you see so much go sideways, south or whacko. Trust in the Lord and praise Him, beloved, that He will indeed cause all things to work together for good to those who love God. 

God can bless again -- nothing is impossible with Him. Wasn't peace in the Middle East also considered impossible. (2 Chron 7:14)  If you’ve taken a stride from your first love’s side, ditch all the disappointment, discouragement and shame and begin to doubt your doubts -- do like that Beatles song and get back! Live stark (strong). Get home before dark.

Live not as a wandering or stumbling generality, but as a meaningful specific in the will of God for you. Choose to live intentionally and well connected. Be well, too many are spiritually sick today. God has a good plan and no matter what small-minded people do, they can't thwart it. 

Have ya felt scared, empty, lonely or afraid to die at times? Have ya drifted spiritually? Have you been distracted away, or wandered some?  Get back.. tight. Yes, closer than ever before.

Listen, it's about what's true, half true, and not true at all. What will ya do about their comprehensive scheme to marginalize conservatives, to silence all our voices, and to destroy our lives? Ten weeks - and 50,000 new believers!

It's been so wonderful to see! 

After only 10 weeks with this Covid-19 lockdown, I mean from one local church it's been seen.. 50,000 people make a profession of faith to follow Christ! 

At my So-Cal church and I trust more will make decisions! Yeah it's a healthy mega one (BTW There are some small and big healthy churches, and some that are sadly far from). 

Thanks Lord! Man, each one matters. Thanks as well to all those working there in Riverside (the Believers at Harvest Christian Fellowship are rightly shouting all Glory to God -- we rejoice with them)! 

I pray for all these new people as they begin their new love relationship and walk with Jesus. How awesome is He! Am feeling amped, so excited to see what God has planned. Been doing follow-up. 

Find your place in the work that God is doing -- in Him and His specific purpose for you. I challenge you. 

Some people have asked.. Is this Coronavirus a sign of the End Times? There have been other plagues before, but when you see these things happen with greater frequency, look up. When feel apprehensive, and you see me coming closer together with greater intensity, look up. You can freakout or look up cuz your redemption is drawing near. We shouldn't be looking for the Anti-Christ, we should rather be looking.. seeking Christ. 

What are some signs of the end? See Luke 21:8-11. Lately, we’ve been hearing terms that we haven’t heard for a while, like plagues, herd immunity, flatten the curve, beach closed, social distancing, quarantine, sheltering at home, the last days, God’s judgement, the Rapture, ‘we’re in this together’ (though all alone at home), Armageddon, and the millenium. The Bible says that in the last days there will be an increase of wars, and of plagues, and of earthquakes.. as we’ve seen. And of a one world government too. Experts have told us that Covid 19 (the 6th most infectious disease in the last 40 years) is literally speeding the rise of Globalism. Ain’t for it and the Anti-Christ hasn’t gone public yet that we know. As we’re reminded that the Antichrist’s arrival is close, Jesus Christ and His coming is even closer! 

BTW: I know exactly when the Second Coming will happen. But wait Kurt, you can't know the day or the hour--the Bible says that. Right. The Rapture is when Jesus is coming for his people here, and the Second Coming is when Jesus comes here with His people.. to rule and reign with us forever. There'll be a new heaven and a new earth. About the time.. the Second Coming is seven years after the Rapture happens (the catching away, harpazo, the great escape).

Only this generation of people can reach this generation -- each one matters! Let's pray for more people -- let's brag on Jesus and explain the Message. Let's persuade, influence, verbally incline em if ya will.. convince, and urge peeps to respond to the Lord and His Gospel. 

Suffer strong numbered among His people, a choice, enjoy the love relationship as well. Love it.. Him!

Online-only services are really impacting. What's not to love about digital-outreach and cyber witnessing?

In a good sense I feel so proud of churches doing this! You can too. I feel passionate about the Lord and what He's doing through His Church! 

Fear not, He delights to bless and use His people!  Talkin' #QuarantineLife and Spiritual Awakening here. Back in the day "doing a new thing" was something God promised to His beloved people of Israel. Check it out in Isaiah 43 when this nation was in captivity in Babylon (not at all something any of the Israelites wanted).

They were being held captive because of their sins and things pretty much looked like God had completely abandoned them. Man, can imagine how the individuals must have felt back then? Will God ever free us? Will He ever love and bless us again? Will He ever use us to bless others? 

Perhaps you too have felt ditched, neglected, over-looked and forsaken by the Lord? Maybe your own future looks pretty bleak to you? Do you feel like He has shelved you cuz of past stumbling or failings. God says...

“Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old.  Behold, I will do a new thing.." Isaiah 43:18-19 (nkjv) 

Take some moments to see the whole context of this passage. I believe it captures the very heart of God for His people today.

LIVE THAT WAY, NOT

HOPELESS!

YEP, TAKE IT TO ZERO THIS UNBELIEF AND BEING AFRAID,

BY TRUSTING THE PROMISES OF THE WORD. 

Christ is our living hope today, and there is indeed new HOPE for His people! Remember how God promised never to leave us, nor to forsake us because of our sins or failures. He in fact is wanting to bless -- to do a new thing in all of our lives! But you might ask:

“But how do you know that, Kurt?  How can we be sure that this Bible passage clearly expresses His heart and desire for my life her and now personally?”

We can sing a new song cuz God's done one new thing after another down through all of history. History is His story, one of caring for His people. I know it because He is the same yesterday, today and forever. His Message and character haven't changed, His global purpose hasn't changed. 

God always wants to do new things in the lives of His people! We saw this principle at work when we got saved. The Bible says..

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." 2 Corinthians 5:17 

  

What a relief to find Christ and be forgiven! Have you been born again spiritually (John 3:3)? It can happen right now. When God saved me, He did a new thing in my life. He's done this in so many lives by making each of us a spiritual ‘new creation’. 

But even before that day He seems to have incorporated this principle into His physical creation as well. 

You know how God is the source of life and of every living thing created. He did it. We are constantly being made new -- daily it's happening as our cells are constantly dying and being replaced by new ones. You aren't the same person that you were ten years ago, Buckeroo.

We can continue to renew and grow, to be sanctified, to mature in our walk and witness. Daily we can obey Him. His mercies are new every morning! And someday we will see this principle of newness applied to His whole universe...

"Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” Revelation 21:5..

"Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away.." Revelation 21:1

Now when it comes to our spiritual lives (that part of our own experience dealing with our personal relationship with Christ), God always wants to do new things because—it keeps our relationship with Him meaningful, intimate, new, vibrant and fresh.

You see, God hates complacency, moldiness, laziness, and stagnation in our spiritual lives because.. if we’re not constantly moving forward with His new directives, we will inevitably be digressing, sliding backward. I say let's prayerfully advance by His Spirit -- cuz God will do something NEW!

But heads up, so often God can not do a new work in our lives until He first tears down the old worthless stuff that we have built up. He often has to weed out, before He plants new seed. He'll often unerect before he can erect..

"See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant." Jeremiah 1:10

Seems like God has allowed our many church services to be unerected in order to put together what's new online. He's allowed this for a time in order to answer prayers and do a new thing. Many congregations have been online a bit with their ministries, but now it's much different here in the USA.  

Yes, God sometimes has to tear down or take away the old, before He can add the new in, or build something new and effective—and it is at this point where we come in. You see, we have to be willing to change—He never forces us to change. God isn’t asking us to produce the power to change our lives on our own, or our services—this isn’t about your will-power or mine. It's not about our own way--it is about His Way. 

It first starts with belief and prayer. Admit it and quit it. Yes, it starts in each heart with repentance (meaning: to turn away from sin.. to Christ)—and then by you purposefully walking in the Spirit.

"I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh." Galatians 5:16

While God expects us to change, but never expects us to be able to change ourselves. He expect us each to be willing to change, yes, to cooperate with His Spirit and be changed. Then He empowers making us change-agents. 

So what else is brand new? Who else is being made new? 

Well, you know how churches across our Land had to scramble in response to the change in circumstance with the spread of Covid-19 virus -- they were forced to go exclusively to online services weeks ago.

Well God In His Love Has Continued On In Blessing His People And Blessing Others As Well.

It’s Obvious That The Lord Loves Us And Our Digital Worship That’s Biblically Based. See What's Happening. He May Be Answering Prayers By Sending America’s Next Spiritual Awakening Using The Digital Outreach.

Am Feelin' Personally Stoked To See The Church Bringing Church To The Unchurched.. And To Others Globally. His Gospel Message Is Reaching Out Farther To Regions Beyond.

We've seen a much greater response to the Gospel Message going out from our current church in Dallas. And my former local church out west of where I live now had over 250,000 people attend their first Online-Only-Service and this too has increased every single week sense then to over a million people now. How cool is that! 

Hundreds of thousands of people whom the marketers often refer to as the church's “target demographic”.. those between the ages of 18 and 34.. are now hearing the Gospel presented. Yes, since the start of the shutdown, the church's millennial viewership is up 235 percent. A good thang! We've prayed for this to happen.

Look around you. People want real life, not merely some Instagram-life. Pastors, leaders, Christians.. please continue to extend an opportunity for individuals to pray honestly and invite Jesus Christ to come into their lives. Ask, don't wait for another day! At last count, over 40,000 people have made professions of faith. In a matter of weeks, that many clicked it at an Online service.. responding about their own turning and trusting Christ.

You know how for decades, Christians have been trying, seemingly in vain, to reach America’s youngest generations—millennials and Generation Z—with the gospel. And all the while, we’ve seen headline after headline, poll after poll showing us that church attendance has been declining. Rapidly falling. The fastest-growing religion in America is now the “nones,” (pretty much believing in nothin')..meaning those individuals who aren’t necessarily atheists. Maybe they’re loosely spiritual often with a mix, but they profess faith in no specific religion or tradition at all. Then God allows a global pandemic! What shall we do?

We can suffer strong. Many are. We can witness strong even when we feel weak and God can make it count. One millennial said, “As a millennial I understand in a way a Gen X or a Boomer doesn’t (and probably a little less than a Gen Z) what it means to be digitally native."

We each can still share our own stories of faith (testimonies) and witness with the Gospel. We can witness with the Word via phone, via laptop screen, via tweets, via instagram and emails etc. Let's not stop! 

Been told that people touch their phones 2,617 times a day (be sure to clean it off), and 84 percent say that they can’t go through a single day without having their phone on em. Most people under 30 can’t even remember a time, a world before cell phones.

Hard for me to relate to, but many people today experience a form of in-person angst a.k.a. face to face social anxiety. Online hearing someone explain what's so can come off differently. Real good. Both ways of communicating are of course still needed!

It's interesting how I can often tell in the first fifteen minutes of meeting a person.. it their treasure is here on earth or is laid up in heaven. People love to talk about themselves, their idols, or about their passion. What's deep in the well comes up.

"A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks." Luke 6:45

Sure it's been weird how several Governors and other politicians have overreached to push their liberal agenda and gain control of the people... like one alone out SUP-boarding on the sea, or on quiet beaches. It's weird how some of our local government authorities are not letting Christians gather but allow Mosques and weed shops to remain open. That's how the world is, so don't be distracted by that. Sinners sin because they are sinners..in their nature. They need a new nature inside!

Nothing Online replaces, yep, zip takes the place of fellowship in a local church. I mean gathering together with the Word and worshipping Christ in person. I am SO looking forward to meeting with, to gathering together with our congregation in person again. Hopefully that can happen sooner rather than much later. Yes, in the very near future! But in the meantime let's ALL pray. Let's use the tools and bait (so to speak) that we have to get the Gospel out and reap.
