This is one huge prob among countless! Where I live, the USA has so many problems now that the highest paid politicians and experts can not solve them, but God still can if we would stop and humbly call out to Him. If we’d simply turn (repent), truth (believe) and follow His living Word.
Yo and I were designed to enjoy the pleasure of knowing the Lord. We were created to live harmoniously together not all divided hating each other. Yes, vertically dependent upon the Lord and horizontally interdependent with real growing believers who love pray.
Porn rips off and thwarts all that. It’s about selfishness. It’s about an ongoing life of secrecy and shame that begets more shame, while those involved in it are really wanting to live free from all the shame. Again, it becomes so addicting in a destructive sort of way, and then it takes more tomorrow than it took today to try to satisfy that person. It robs a lot! The brain needs to be completely rewired.
In a life that one made boring for themselves, they crave the rush, a new euphoria (a new feeling or state of intense excitement cuz it always take more to try and satisfy), that rapid heart beat, the voyeurism (a.k.a. voyeuristic disorder according to the world).
You know how porn now pervades Western society, the jobsites, the schools and even many churches. Choices matter! If you have the web via phone etc then you potentially have a sewer-line running right though your life and home.
Sin takes us farther than we intended to go, it keeps us longer than we intended to stay, and it costs us more than we intended to pay.

And then there's no more fight left in the people. It becomes a life of hiding, of protecting it, of cruising to find.
