There’s a way for you. The next time you’re feeling kinda of down, the next time you wonder about or think, “Man, I don’t know how I’m going to get through this weird situation,” (might sound sort of religious, but) quote the Bible to yourself. Find verses that address your current need and fears.
“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!” —Isaiah 26:3
Remind yourself of the truth of God’s Word -- His promises never fail. He always keeps em cuz He loves you. This is exactly what it means to think biblically, as the Lord would have you and me think. As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.

Your aim or aims? My main aim? Do you have one or some?
What’s your main task, purpose, aim, believer? Worship, praise and prayer. That's mine today. What else? With the word seek to bring assurance to people, to win them to Jesus. Let people know that God’s in control -- the Lord can intervene in their lives even when it looks impossible. He loves us gobs, has a good plan today. I desire to edify, to comfort, and to encourage people – no matter the need, I wanna point them to the Lord as the ultimate Solution.
Could be better at this I guess -- doin' my best, I commit the rest. I keep busy and say somethin' on the go a lot of times. What do you enjoy doing in the Lord? You okay? Need a new start? The Lord gives second chances! Ever need a new beginning?
The Bible says, "Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah the second time, saying, ‘Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and preach to it the message that I tell you.’" Jonah 3:1. Mr. Jonah had rebelled and really needed to start over..needed a fresher than fresh start. He needed some forgiveness, needed to obey the Lord this time. God the Father missed him -- He was still longing for meaningful fellowship with His wayward son.

Remember how God gave King David in Israel a second chance as well. And after David committed adultery and homicide.. yep, murder (which he did to cover up his wicked adultery) God gave Dave a second chance. Repentance and faith were key.
When the prophet Nathan came and boldly confronted David, he was nailed in love. How did he respond, what did he do? He repented. And then God gave him a second chance. A new beginning in life.
Samson had a she-weakness. You remember how he had so much going for him but blue it bad.
He had committed incredible feats of strength like a superhero could do. But then he fell into sin and got involved in all kinds of sex sin and immorality.
Ultimately, Samson's enemies creeped around and then captured him. They attacked and gouged out his eyes. No more vision for Samson.
But then the Bible gives us this particular detail about Samson in the book of Judges (16:22), “But before long, his hair began to grow back” (nlt). God gave him a second chance -- a brand spanking new beginning. Man, this should give us all some hope. We've all sinned, but God will forgive and restore us. He can bless and use you! What’s so, not so, and just won’t go. Man, what’s Easter all about?
Got some broken dreams or friendships? Broken lives and relationships.. I mean broke off outward, upward.. they don’t really have to stay broke forever. That’s what it’s about.
I am feelin' amped over my favorite holiday.. all stoked inside, totally thrilled and grateful for Easter.
“I know that my Redeemer lives, and He shall stand at last on the earth; and after my skin is destroyed, this I know, that in my flesh I shall see God. § I will see Your face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied when I awake in Your likeness.” See Job 19:25–26; and Psalm 17:15

It sure was good for me. For you too. The Bible says...

What’s not so and so today? I can only earn a life I love by doing things I hate doing. False. I can gain that beautiful life of grace.. one that I’d really enJOY.. by doing religious stuff or other things I can’t stand. False.
Real FREEdom is a gift; it’s what Easter (a.k.a. Ress-day) is all about. True! I’m good with it. Good Friday, it sure was good for us. I am responsible to change people, to convince them, to save em, and to change this world. False.
I am responsible for any problem in my close proximity. False. I am responsible for all of my personal choices. True. I cannot reasonably ask for an abundant life in this world that's filled with so much suffering. False.
I can't reasonably turn from wrong-doin's and ask for or a free unending life--the one I was meant to experience. False. That's why we celebrate Christ and Easter.
Listen, you can live the life that you were always meant to enjoy. True. You can obey the Lord in the power of His Spirit with JOY, GLADNESS, ENTHUSIASM, PEACE and obey those flawed delegated authorities over you as well.. short of sin. And you can make a good impact in this world -- it's from Him really. Yeah, Jesus is the one that does that and for some reason that I really don't fully get.. He still delights to use us people for His glory. True. Read through the Bible His love letter to believers everywhere!
I am the sum of other people’s opinions of me -- I must become what they say I’ll be. False. Misdirection, fake news, and then living ill-informed or confused to various degrees.. are good for you. False.
Relationships are meant to be hard and complicated -- they’ve been designed to be this way. False. Broken people with broken hearts, broken dreams, and broken relationships -- it just need to stay that way minus God’s comfort, healing or restoration. False.
Living disloyal or with deception in mind.. or with spiritual-compromise, or with selfish-lust, and greed, and fear, or feelin’ all angry at God or people, or with that emptiness, boredom or infidelity.. is natural for people. False.
In Christ you can have a new start. True. You can be forgiven, you can enjoy real life -- life more abundantly, yup non-stop for all eternity. True!
“For whoever enters God’s rest also rests from his own work, just as God did from His. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following the same pattern of disobedience. For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it pierces even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It judges the thoughts and intentions of the heart..” Hebrews 4:10–12
Come to.. or come back to Him! No puttin’ it off, no lame excuses. Follow Christ closely. Know Him well, make Him well known, start right now. You won’t regret it. E v e r !

Listen, pray for, share.. showing respect for all people. Expect God to honor His Word and do the work. The Message doesn't return void.

Who cares what the sheep-shed looks like really, it’s just a temporal structure. God loves the sheep so to speak. Jesus died and arose for you.
I ditch spiritually sick and cold religious churches. You know that are off in left field in one or more area and not willing to change. Sure if they aren’t willing to listen to reason and thus submit to the word of God. But I love healthy big and small, city and country …and very remote Christian churches! There needs to be more of them.

It’s cuz we...because I love the head of the Church, Jesus Christ most and He gives love for people. He wants all of us in His Son and in a healthy Bible teaching church where we can worship Him, enjoy fellowship and grow mature. Fish4souls.org
I say ditch spiritually-whack-churches and the false teachers who fleece the flock rather than feed God’s flock. So many of them these days! Why grow sick in the head like them? But don’t stay away from God or His people, choose to Love God most – it really helps with loving all kinds of people.

It's harvest time! It’s for all of us. All believers can have a part in this planting of seeds, in tending em, in watering and in reaping people in -- winning them to Christ. Nothing beats His righteous connection with the Father!
If believers can connect upwards first (worship comes first) via true repentance and faith in Christ, and then connect outwardly for fellowship-sake ..you know, like where they've been similar or things of truth.. If believers can contribute using their differences, their gifts and their talents to the Cause that's above all other causes then guess what.. we can also plant seeds and win people working together so that those not yet saved can connect upwards. Yes, we can accomplish great world-changing things i.e., exploits of faith.. with our great Lord leading the way.. Yep, for His glory!
Think about it. None of us really need any "new revelation(s)". We all need the old revelation of God, and need to help others have this too. We need new experiences in the old revelation (Biblical truth). So many tell us Christians of their new (whacko) revelation these days. Listen, if it's new it ain't true, and if it's true, it ain't new!
“It is the great business of every Christian to save souls. People complain that they do not know how to take hold of this matter. Why, the reason is plain enough; they have never studied it. They have never taken the proper pains to qualify themselves for the work. If you do not make it a matter of study, how you may successfully act in building up the kingdom of Christ, you are acting a very wicked and absurd part as a Christian.” ― Charles Finney
Come as you are -- right now. Are you sure that you now have an assurance of your salvation in Christ? God has the Solution -- His Son, Jesus. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9
Doesn't matter who it is really, a real calling accepted while applying the Bible principles to fulfill it in Christ ..yes, God's way.. it lifts our hearts, it edifies our inner person ..as well as builds up others.. and it extends our ministry options. It expands the Lord's Kingdom. We do our best to tactfully live in peace while boldly getting the Gospel out future to regions beyond. It's that what it's all about for us here, Christian, Sure.

God is Love and He loves you!
What do you choose to live filled with..or do you feel empty and needy?
For the Glory of God alone, just be and live full of the Holy Spirit and His love.. instead of all full of yourself, or of religion or of some other weirdness. Who really wants that?
Sure this pleases Him.. much and you'll like that lifestyle much better as well. Love is...
There's a Message that's way more important than Kurt and his personal opinions. Duh. So what do I have to say to this whole world that's worth hearing?
This: God loves you!.. He’s very interested in you. He hears, He cares, and can really help you. Sure, help any sinner like me, like you.. in your current situation. He delights to help us. He even died for you (not the end of the story, He's 100% alive again) and SO wants to save your soul. Right now is good.
People are really hungry for something real.. to believe in today. It's true and I know what long-term satisfies. They’re empty, they are lonely, they're frustrated (you see it during the commute), they feel guilty (cuz they're guilty), and they’re afraid to die. Hate that. Listen, Jesus Christ is the ultimate solution for you today, cuz He died in our place. Politics isn't, pleasure isn't, career isn't, religion isn't.
He's for us! So for us -- for you where you are. God is.
There’s no excuse ever.. for hatred of people, for bigotry, for indifference towards other humans. What we have here.. it ain't a skin prob, it's Sin -- that's the real prob. But...
Cuz of the Cross the fully risen Christ can totally forgive.. if you simply turn and trust Him. Turn from your pet sins, to Him. That's what repentance and faith is all about. He alone can make you new inside.. born again inside spiritually. And guess what.. He fills us, He gives people the capacity to love God the Father, and to love people as well. What's the practical application?
Wake up, sober up, fill-up, wise up, suit up (put on the full armor of God, put on Christ -- this world needs no more spiritual streakers), go up. That's the plan. The application is love from a pure heart fervently. Don't get all wasted and drunk -- why live and/or die that way? Be filled with the Holy Spirit instead. Be filled with His joy and peace. If you drink.. drunkenness can happen. If you don't it won't. It's smarter to live sober.
Be being filled up to overflowing. Ask. Share grace and truth boldly. Choose. Let us not sleep as others do. Snoring. How do the majority of others do that? Sleeping? They just stay that way until it's too late.. and many in churches have gone that way too. They sleep and some dead preachers put them to sleep. It's wrong. Are you ready for Christ's rapture and return? Are you 100% sure? Got an inner assurance? He could come today!

Me time? Why not note.. to self? Today, you know it's all about "self." So, start with you in this.
Note to self.. and perhaps to those who like to eavesdrop: Pray for ALL you want, but MOVE in your prayer life – from “want that” to “close relationship.” It’s true that sometimes the greatest blessing today.. is that of “unanswered prayer” (God answers every prayer with a “No” [when it’s not good at this time for you or others], a “Wait” [probably wants to do more than asked], or a “Yes” [He really delights to bless His kids]). Stay bless-able, in His will.
Encourage yourself in the Lord.... then others too. Get back, Jack, 'get back to where you once belonged" as the Beatles used to sing.
He was all alone and felt kinda down. Bad circumstances. What did he do..stay that way? Stay focused on the bad circumstances instead of on the Lord. Nope.
The Bible says, "And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God." 1 Samuel 30:6 #Note2Self
Got some pet-sin in your life? Admit it and quit it. Tell on yourself to the right Person. U-turn and trust Jesus.
