feelin' grateFUL!

To walk it can be costly. Talk can be cheap -- man, I've blah, blahed before.

People often talk about their loyal love, but it's not really that often that we see someone live it out like Jesus did all they way to the Cross and beyond.  He was grateful.  He wisely applied God the Father's statutes and obeyed.  Thanks Lord.

"Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends." John 15:13

"I rejoice in following Your statutes as one rejoices in great riches." Psalm 119:14

Gratitude in the Spirit is a good choice, a good attitude, and an on going good lifestyle.  It's more than some cheesy cliché – turnin' Thanksgiving into thanks-living.

Thank You Lord for going to the Cross for all of us.  Thanks for the empty tomb too. Thanks for new life with all these quiet in-between days.. in between the holidays time.. with friends. I love You.

"I delight in your decrees; I will not neglect your Word." v.16

It's still for sharing -- the Good News given in a good sorta way ..so it'll clearly be heard.

Every time the Lord leads you to tactfully share your testimony with gentleness and respect. Yes, to share of how you turned to and trusted Christ .. of how He changed your life.. guess what. You bring glory to Him!

Who can refute your own story? None can.

Remember, God's people are never to be shamed into, or worked and pressured into, or bribed into, or tongue-lashed into, or somehow by another guilted so called Christian into.. serving the Lord. For this type-of-thing called service is simply the natural outgrowth of J-O-Y stemming from a healthy love relationship with Jesus Christ.

Christians simply need to be gently challenged and exhorted because their friends lost or saved are hungry for the Word. So I encourage you to pray about this.. to go feed instead of fleece the flock of God, and to share the Gospel simply. facebook.com/ShareJesus

"...Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6

Pray bold ..and be bold in the Lord.

"On the day I called, you answered me; my strength of soul you increased." Psalms 138:3

Happy Thanksgiving to You!

Who doesn't love this holiday?

Thanksgiving is almost here again. Should be an all year long kinda thang. Have you had some good things and bad things, and some apparent-good things and apparent-bad things happen in your life?

Bad Things Do Go Down On This Sin Cursed Planet But We Can Still Find Things To Give Thanks For. So What Did Matthew Henry Say When a Man Stole His Wallet?

He could have been shot! In thinkin' back on the real bad thing that happened to him, Henry said, "1.) I am thankful that he never robbed me before. 2), I am thankful that although he took my wallet, he did not take my life. 3) Although he took all I had, it was not much. And 4), I am glad that it was I who was robbed, not I who did the robbing."

Matthew Henry did better than making lemonade out of a lemon. Choose to find something to give thanks for; yes to be grateful for even after a bad experiences regardless of how you feel or who you miss.

We've all sinned. I know I really deserve worse than what I've gotten. Im' seeking to mature and grow spiritually. And this is how mature people react in tough times. They learn to give thanks in all, not for all circumstances.

So opt to be grateful even for small blessings. Realize that passivity in this area, that ingratitude toward God is really the first step toward lukewarm relationship, toward spiritually cold, tiward backsliding away from God.

We see this in Romans 1. The Apostle Paul described the path people take in departing from God. The first step is an attitude of ingratitude.

Listen up Buckeroo. This is important. The Apostle Paul penned that, "Although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him."

I've been there before. I can relate not even knowing I sinned via ommission. Ingratitude leads to many inferior choices when good choices could have been made.

Even for believers, when we take God's' blessings for granted and neglect to give him thanks and praise and pure worship biblically, guess what... we slowly come to have little time for God alone, little time for corporate worship, and little time to help or serve others. That's how we witness with him.

We can so easily become self-centered instead if Christ-centered. Before we know it, we have slowly wandered far away from God, and we wonder what happened to that glowing red hot love relationship we once enjoyed with God. Let's thank him today, and worship and keep giving thanks to Jesus. Gratitude toward God leads to a higher experience in the Spirit. KnowGod.org

Man, it's a good day for lookin' up, for preparing, and for the Rapture. Lots of Lands are in off the charts chaos.

"The Name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe." Proverbs 18:10
It's a good day to get to this Person.
I heard a gay person downtown say this week.. "the world is ending. It’s all coming to a close. Everyone can see this." Man, I thought that was interesting and noteworthy. I told him to get ready in Christ.

Let's renew our national vision and hope. America's hope is Christ himself.

Grateful -- thanks for the reprieve and for interveening. All that You have done and can do in a Land, please do it in this Land, Lord. Turn this people back to You again. It's not too late for America and the people we love. We're on first base--together we just got a hit, but we have a long ways to go in order to round third base and head for Home. We can be optimistic, but no president can solve all our challenges--our eyes are on You, Lord. Human leaders come and they go, but we're standing on Your word that's eternal.

"Return, we beseech You, O God of hosts;
Look down from heaven and see,
And visit this vine and the vineyard which Your right hand has planted... then we will not turn back from You; REVIVE US, and we will call upon Your name.
RESTORE US, O Lord God of hosts;
Cause Your face to shine,
And we shall be saved! Psalm 80:14+18-19 emoh.mine #SeeContext

"The greatest need of America is an old fashioned, heaven-born, God sent revival. Throughout the history of the church, when clouds have hung lowest, when sin has seemed blackest and faith has been weakest, there have always been a faithful few who have not sold out to the devil nor bowed the knee to Baal, who have feared the Lord and thought upon His Name and have not forsaken the assembling of themselves together. These have besought the Lord to revive His work in the midst of the years, and in the midst of the fears and tears, and in wrath to remember mercy. God has always answered such supplication, filling each heart with His love, rekindling each soul with fire from above." ~ Vance Havner

If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Just had our U.S. election and emotions are runnin' wild.

It's been kinda crazy out there lately.

Just had our U.S. election and emotions are running off the charts and off the chain. Was interesting. FDR won because of time on the radio, JFK won because of bein' sharp on television, and DJT just won because of social media. He on Twitter mainly etc... along with his friends, they went past the lying TV News Media right to the people where they are. He and they went directly to em.. with many good ideas instead of merely hiding away from the people while lacking them. It's fact. Just the way it is. We as a people and as individuals, now need to move on with God and grow.

So, are you feeling ticked, frustrated, anxious, self-worked up, self or/rioter-agitated after the election? You'd do better to chill out cuz it's all under control. Here's why: God loves you and has a plan. See Psalm 103:19.

My question for you, believer. Really.. it's a good one...

Dear Heavenly Father, You are the God of second chances so together we look to You this day. You delight to forgive, to help, to give miracles in times of need ..and this is one of those times. So we ask for one again.. on Tuesday. We expect You to intervene as only You can. Thanks for your great mercy and love. Please turn us..turn this nation back to You -- let Your will be done Your way with our leadership in Jesus Name. Yes, we desire Your Way. Amen.
