Like Billy Graham did.. we too can ask people to come to.. and to come back to Christ right now ..expecting the greatest of all God's miracles.

How can we honor the the Lord this week? You know this already. I am aiming to remind and encourage.

We can by staying in touch with thanksgiving and praise... and simply obeying Him.

Been thinking about the life of one of his servants, Billy Graham, this week. I pray that God comforts his dear family ..and with so many of his messages getting aired and sent out... that hundreds of Billy Graham types get raised up in regards to the Great Commission that he was so committed to.

Billy.. if he was still here listening to all the shows with the topic about him.. would say, "Too much Billy" like he literally said to his son Franklin after showed him the Billy Graham library and asking him about it.

What a humble man -- want to be like the Jesus we all saw in him! Wanna be a humble man of integrity, of simplicity, and of genuine faith like he consistently demonstrated before us.

Billy's recent departure to Heaven is a passing of the torch so to speak ..a torch that he so faithfully carried to all of us. Lord, put the same fire down on the inside of each of us for Your sake!

All ablaze with holy passion and godly fear, let's continue to seek.. to know.. to worship Christ and broadcast His Gospel to those of our country and to those of all other countries! May You use us more, Lord! There seems to be so many factors to contend with, but we trust you for more grace in these last days.

I believe, and I think Billy would agree, that we must do everything we can to raise the Gospel banner of life and carry out our respective evangelistic missions.

We too are asking people to come to... to come back to Christ right now ..expecting the greatest of all miracles. Salvation is the biggest of em all, so let's go tell em with a sense of urgency and love. Let's and continue to proclaim the same Gospel Message that he so faithfully preached to as many people as possible.

In Hebrews 12 the writer explains, “Since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith" (verses 1–2).

Sometimes you might feel all alone like no one even sees all that you do in Christ's Kingdom, or you will feel lonely.. or perhaps somewhat down looking at all those bills, or discouraged in this race laid out before us.  Sometimes you will be in real trials..after just exiting some, or feel overwhelmed.  We've gotta earnestly call out to the Lord daily -- it's cuz we need Him so much!  Feelings can be fickle, but we've gotta stay awake, vigilant, sober and just keep our eyes on Jesus. He walked on water and helped Peter do that.  Stay up, why sink in deep?  If you focus on Christ today, then you will make it though any storm of emotions or circumstances.

Like Billy did, the apostle Paul stayed pretty much immovable in his victorious walk. He told the elders in the church at Ephesus, “But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God” (Acts 20:24).

The Bible says, "But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ! Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast and immovable. Always excel in the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain." 1 Corinthians 15:58

One thing to hit your knees over in the upcoming months (cuz we actually get to help with the follow up for it. Is what? Is this...).

I am praying for and am so So SO looking forward to June 10th, 2018, when Greg Laurie and the DFW.harvestamerica.com team we will be exalting the Name of Jesus.. as they hold their third large-scale evangelistic campaign in the Dallas–Ft. Worth Metroplex at AT&T Stadium. Was there the last two times and really don't want to miss this. Used to hear my pastor do this at Angel Stadium decades ago in SoCal.

Lord, we still have friends who need to be there.. who need to hear about You. Give us wisdom and tact to approach them. We ask cuz we want them and us to live full of the Holy Spirit.. instead of full of ourselves. Jesus, be Lord in our lives and use us to win them over to You!

"Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? So if you who are evil know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!" Matthew 7:10-11

BTW Just an idea. Let's keep asking the Father for a huge harvest and from that.. real disciples.

Now I know you are doing a whole lot with and for the Lord in GMO ARC on a daily basis, but perhaps a few of you might even pray about hosting a spot for your local community to come and hear the Gospel Message. See  harvestamerica.com

"And he brought them out and said, 'Sirs, what must I do to be saved?'" —Acts 16:30

Soul-winners, I keep prayin' that God will continually refresh and reward y'all.

Keep goin' in faith. Thank you again for all you are and do for Jesus.. thanks for being quick to respond to Him--His promptings. So important. He loves you!!!!!!!

Take a break before you break. Come apart, before you come apart. Come just as you are cuz He knows it all anyways!

Delight yourself in the Lord today, beloved, and guess what... He will indeed give you the desires of your heart. Yup!

“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.“ Psalm 37:4

The Bible was given for you to prayerfully feed upon the Word, be healthy, happy and so gladly reproduce.

The quality of a sheep's life, their health with the flock and even their reproducing, is dependant upon the quality of what they regually feed upon along with the faithfulness of their shepherd.

Well-fed, loved n cared for sheep are happy, healthy and subsequently they naturally reproduce to the glory of their God!

Knows their names, personalities, individual quirks and day and night he stays close with them.

You can come to the Chief Shepherd and in connection with a healthy local church.. have Jesus leading you everyday.

"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness.." Psalm 23:1-3a

Anoint my head with fresh oil! Surrounded by enemies help me follow You. Thanks for the sheepdogs so to speak.. of goodness and loving-mercy followin' after me. Like at Facebook.com

The greatest need in the world is the transformation of human nature. We need a new heart that will not have lust and greed and hate in it. We need a heart filled with love and peace and joy, and that is why Jesus came into the world. He died on the cross to make peace between us and God and to change us from within by His Spirit. He can change you, if you will turn to Him in repentance and faith.

Someone asked me recently if I didn’t think God was unfair, allowing me to have medical problems when I have tried to serve Him faithfully. I replied that I did not see it that way at all. Suffering is part of the human condition, and it comes to us all. The key is how we react to it, either turning away from God in anger and bitterness or growing closer to Him in trust and confidence...I am convinced the greatest act of love we can ever perform for people is to tell them about God’s love for them in Christ. ~ Billy Graham

Simple, imperative, and clear. "Truly, truly, I tell you, whoever hears My word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life and will not come under judgment. Indeed, he has crossed over from death to life." ~ Jesus via John 5:24
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." v.3:16
There comes a moment when we all must realize that life here is short, and in the end the only thing that really counts is not how others see us, but how God sees us.

They can take your life, believer, if they really want to, but they can’t take it twice.

Never can. They can stop your breath if they want to, but they can’t take it twice. Never!

Me figures.. short-term pain beats really long-term. Might not have to endure long pains, but who doesn't already experience short-term aches and pains from time to time? The fall happened here, that's why. Trials come and go (think em not uber-strange) and they can work for us if we respond right. But lost people have troubles that work against them. The way of the transgressor is hard. But they too can respond right--they can turn to the Comforter who loves us. Jesus waits patiently. Turn. So longs to forgive, help and bless.

Might not have to endure long-term pain (that'd be cool)--might not be around long. Hope you are. Personal wish. Who doesn't have any pains ..ever?

Cause yourself and others no pain, no weirdness, or harm. Why do that? Stop slicin’ you. You ain't yours, you've been bought at a price.

You'll never be touched by the second death, believer. Physical death is total separation from your body. You’ll get a new and better one. Spiritual death is separation from God. Why have that forever?
Be born again. “You must be born again” said Jesus. Good idea, let’s be friends and fam -- let’s hang together without end.
If you're born once, you'll die twice. If you're born twice (I mean physically and spiritually) you'll only die once -- you might even be raptured on outta here before that cuz we now be in the last days. At least you and I be in our last days.
Need the warmth of family? Come. Maybe yours has let you down? There’s a fam for you. Bad idea: clean yourself up and then come to Christ. Good idea: Come to Christ now, and allow Him to clean you. He will. He works in us both to will and to do of His good pleasure. I find I now loathe what I used to love.. sin.. and now love what I used to loathe. Bible reading, time praying, and fellowship with my forever-family. Facebook.com/shareJesus

Are you good with time management? Remember, God tends to pass up a lot of opportunities to be early, but is never late. He's 100 percent punctual.

You know in contrast to wasting time, punctuality is about wise planning and forethought. It's about knowin' your righteous boundaries and physical limitations etc. It's about true humility and just showin' respect towards others. Being on time speaks to others sayin': I unselfishly defer cuz it's you -- I really value you and your time.

I love to talk about biblical time management because I tend to bite off more than I can chew with my commitments at times. Like, how do I make this schedule work with this other schedule? You know it.. I've failed in wise-planning, been late tryin' to pack in too much. Our friend Jay Comstock always encourages me with the Scriptures though.. in lots of areas. Even in this. Feelin' grateful! And the word motivates me to quickly jot the ideas down so I won't forget em. Want to plan better, and also recognize that some ministry is more important than other ministry endeavors -- like simply worshipin' all alone with the Lord.

What does the Lord tell us about use of time? Well, the Bible tells us believers in the book of Romans 12:10-13 to "Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality." Lord, I want to be a good witness in all areas, especially with the minutes you've given to me. Make me a world-changer like You were and are. Let rivers of living water flow. I still really need You in this area and desire You most. I ask for Your wisdom and Your will. What do you want me to focus on above other things today? Help us all to obediently maximize our minutes here for Your glory.. makin' the most of the time, teachings, talents and treasures we have from You.
Why spend time or waste time when you can invest time?

Qs. Does God have some kind of calendar or daytimer regarding you and your calling? Was there any special reason Jesus left heaven and came when He did?

Sure, He came here in the Fullness of Time, and not a second too early. Yes, the Bible is clear that Jesus humbled himself coming at exactly the prescribed time.. "But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of a woman" -- a virgin. And John (7:1-13) tells us how Christ drew a sharp contrast here on earth between His half brothers' time and plan for Jesus and His Father's ministry time for Him.

Are you well familiar with that New Testament passage I'm referring to? Go meditate upon the context of it when you get a chance. I politely challenge you to.

Hey, if you're using your time here as most in this worldly culture do, you aren't living by God's plan and time-scheduling for you. Simple as that.

Check it out real closely, Jesus' half brothers went up to that big religious feast but they went without Jesus accompanying them. Praying.. Jesus knew the Father had other ideas for Him that day, but they thought Jesus daily and eagerly sought to become famous.

Our exemplary Christ was sent by the Father or world-changing purpose -- He executed His mission perfectly daily being led by the Spirit, making His life for us worth imitating. He came to seek and to save that which is lost .. valuable people.. and to destroy the works of the enemy.

God is never late. Never has been. He's still punctual and for us.. that's all about being on time to meet needs.

Hey there could be traffic so for me.. better twenty minutes too soon, than one minute too late.

To be able to imitate Him, we each need to daily follow Him and consider how He managed His time during His three and a half-year ministry.

I say.. in order to know the release of the spirit we must first know the Restraint of the Spirit. When was Spirit restrains, it's time to say no to your fleshly nature. He told Paul no on going to Macedoiia some Paul stopped, but then said yes on opening up all of Europe to Paul). It's so radically important to know both the restraint of the Spirit and the release of the Spirit.

"God’s will"..that's what dictated His Son's calendar here on the earth. Just know that God has a special scheduling for you while here as well. It'll include ministry upwards and outwards, believer. So how will you use those minutes, hours and days to bless Him?

During Jesus' life on earth, Christ perfectly prioritized things based on God’s perfect will (not on God's so called permissive will), and He ensured that his every day counted. As He declared in John 6:38 – “For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me.” Jesus remained loyal to His Father’s directions. At first, He willingly accepted coming here to be born of a virgin sinner woman now one of faith, to be taught how to dress up, how to read and write by the same people whose DNA he wrote. Like Jesus, we also need to remain steadfast in following scriptural guidelines since that’s the only way to get full satisfaction in our daily activities and ministry while also giving the Father all the glory. What was His top priority habit? Prayin'. Jesus would steal away to be alone with the Father. He would to pray fervently, and was refreshed regularly. One of the most important things to do is earnestly pray and then step out in faith applying what God shows us to do. Jesus epitomized this behavior of faith! Even when He had the opportunity to perform miracles or teach His disciples, He ensured that He made time to refresh. He would withdraw to a lonely place to listen and to communicate with God for spiritual refreshment. Like it’s written in Luke 5:15-16 – “Yet the news about him spread all the more, so that crowds of people came to hear him and to be healed of their sicknesses. But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.” While in the ministry, the best way to refuel is to spend own time praying and reading the word. I was telling my wife Liney today how God has never given to me what I asked and really Really wanted Him to. You can imagine her expression. I mean Lin.. with the college, the wife, and the career choice.. but God's always found the time to give me much better than I asked of Him and really Really wanted. Far better. He knew better than I, and He knows where it's best for you to invest times as well. : )

In Mark 1 we see Jesus keeping the main thing the main thing, instead of making secondary things the main thing like I've done before.. yes, I mean the "main thing" being the will of the Father for Him.

The Bible says, "And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed. And Simon and they that were with him followed after him. And when they had found him, they said unto him, All men seek for thee. And he said unto them, Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also: for therefore came I forth. And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils."

"Make use of time, let not advantage slip." ~ William Shakespeare

Here's a good opportunity for you. Take some time to turn and trust the Lord.. if you haven't already.  All else comes after this in importance.  Yeah, right now is good, come as you are. No puttin' it off for another time.  Facebook.com/shareJesus

Happy Valentine’s Day to you and yours. Rejoice, it’s another day of love!

“Love is as strong as death...its flashes are flashes of fire, the very flame of the Lord.” Song of Songs 8:6

Still wanna burn inside with His kinda red-hot passion! I asked Lin 36 years ago tonight to marry me -- still feel stoked she said “Yes!” Have never regretted it -- really don’t deserve her. Got hitch in Northern Colorado and had this cabin next to a stream up in the Rockies. Bears, deer, horses, a clear lake, tall pine trees and all. And I’m still learnin’ to love.

We hear so much on this stuff. From the radio and love songs, we hear “what the world needs now is love, sweet love.” We also know that “love is a many-splendored thing.” Another song tells us that “love is the answer.” Perhaps the Beatles recorded the definitive song on the subject: “All You Need Is Love.”
That’s supposed to be a heart (above), but it’s kinda lame. Sorry.
Just know this.. there is real romance in the heart of this universe where you live -- it's in God's heart for you! Been there a long time too! He thought it up -- romance. Sure He did and is committed. He has some marriage plans with you in mind. He's still a hope-filled romantic if ya will!
Yup, it’s another day of love! A day to be loved and give it away! Christ gives – He ain’t never been fakey or fickle for even a sec. “For God so loved…”
God loves each of us as if there were only one of us. ~ Augustine
No matter what storm you face, you need to know that God loves you. He has not abandoned you. ~ Franklin Graham
If you know that God loves you, you should never question a directive from Him. It will always be right and best. When He gives you a directive, you are not just to observe it, discuss it, or debate it. You are to obey it. ~ Henry Blackaby
Though our feelings come and go, God’s love for us does not. ~ C.S. Lewis
One who has been touched by grace will no longer look on those who stray as “those evil people” or “those poor people who need our help.” Nor must we search for signs of “loveworthiness.” Grace teaches us that God loves because of who God is, not because of who we are. ~ Philip Yancey
But what’s love got to do with it?
Well, various philosophers have opined on love as well. Plato called love “a grave mental disease.” Oliver Wendell Holmes was more optimistic about love when he said, “Love is the master key that opens the gates of happiness.” And Erich Fromm called love “the only sane and satisfactory answer to the problem of human existence.”
The Bible says clearly that God is love. We don’t have a greater example of love than what we have in God showing his love for us. The definitive statement on love is John 3:16: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (NIV).
I just ain’t always been a loving example. Didn’t trust too many people. But we have this amazing example of real love in which God loved us. He is the initiator and we are the responders. He took action first -- that’s what sending His Son is all about. We love Him because He first loved us!
So then how should we respond? With a “Yes Lord.” We ought to love Him back and by faith receive Him. In fact, the Bible says, “We love Him because He first loved us” (1 John 4:19 NKJV).

Daily, we need his anointing..more than the air we breathe. Yup, cuz I'm a saved sinner and've got this ole fleshly nature yet Jesus said, “If you love Me, keep My commandments.” John 14:15
Jesus also said, ”‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind’ ” (Matthew 22:37 NKJV). Let's love Him more today than anyone or anything!
God loves you today, He’s there for you and did more than just blah, blah, blah words of love. Good idea, let’s be loyal and show our love to Him with beyond what we say.. you know, in how we live. Facebook.com/shareJesus

Should those who preach by the yard but practice by the centimeter be addressed by the foot?

Out with that so called leader perhaps? Out with that so called boyfriend or girlfriend? Don’t really kick em, but yeah, you might need to show em to the door. Dead-bolt it.

Or maybe it's time for you to hit the exit.. remember how Joseph in Egypt fled that uber-wild married woman?

Could it be the so called leader or believer just needs some encouragement and help. Are they like a bruised reed or a smoking flax..and it wasn't even their fault? Use discernment.

"He will not crush the weakest reed or put out a flickering candle. He will bring justice to all who have been wronged." Isaiah 42:3

"Strengthen you the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees…35:3,4

Let's be quick to hear, slow to speak all preachy-like, and really gentle with those kinda torqued over, beat-up and wounded around us.

We can learn from lots of people, from good examples and the hypocritical -- what never to become like and what to become like. Know, follow and become like Christ. He loves you and really is your best friend. Has your best interests at heart. Always! God is light and there is no darkness in Him -- never has been.

Jesus said, “But I warn you--unless your righteousness is better than the righteousness of the teachers of religious law and the Pharisees, you will never enter the Kingdom of Heaven!“ Matthew 5:20

Turn, trust and simply walk in righteousness. No, not in faux-religious or any other kind of bogus self-righteousness cuz that’d sure be lame. The real type -- that’s right living with God while being in right standing with Him cuz of the Cross and faith. But how? You must be born again...sure cuz you must be born again.” John 3:1-21
Not my opinion here, that’s from the One who made you and wants close relationship.
Establish the main connection first. Let the Word lead you and give Jesus all the Glory. Inquire, listen, follow and collaborate with the Lord as He works on developing the gifts and talents that's He's purposefully planted in your person.
It’s easy for some people who have suffered some hard things in life to develop a false perspective of God’s character and then they really hold back with their vertical-commitment etc..like He’s parsimonious, stingy, tight, and ungenerous with His kids. Like some abusive parents who enjoy giving em the foot instead of kindly anything benevolent or good. Got some church-hurt from a sick church..from a dead-inside or cold-blooded person in authority? Let's all daily wise up. Jesus really can heal you and lead you to a healthy church led by healthy under-shepherd servant pastors. There indeed are some.

God SO loves the nations -- He really cares about the people in each one. "Declare His glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples." 1 Chronicles 16:24

H.O.P.E. HOLD ON PRAYIN' EARNESTLY!
Doubts are meant to be doubted and beliefs are meant to be believed.. when biblical.
When you trust rather than weirdly think, and walk in obedience rather than fearfully blink.. ya ain't gunna sink.

Stay focused on Jesus on those stormy waters. Remember Pete steppin' out in faith!

When a person's world is for some reason or another.. just falling apart.. there is only one man who can step in to comfort, to restore and to truly meet their deepest needs. It all begins when we turn and trust God.
Christ Jesus' mission on earth was to spread the only Gospel with eternal value.. to the ends of the earth. He entrusted us believers with this great plan as He ascended up into heaven after His Cross experience and physical resurrection. Ask yourself.. How am I praying and what am I doing to help spread His Gospel? How can I pray for you? Come to Him today -- now is good
“It was strictly forbidden to preach to other prisoners. It was understood that whoever was caught doing this received a severe beating. A number of us decided to pay the price for the privilege of preaching, so we accepted their [Communists’ ] terms. It was a deal; we preached and they beat us. We were happy preaching. They were happy beating us, so everyone was happy.” ― Richard Wurmbrand, Tortured for Christ
“You have one business on earth – to save souls.” ― John Wesley

"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

"For this is what the Lord has commanded us: ‘I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’" Acts 1:8 & 13:47

“To me there is no more tragic sight than the average missionary. …We have given so much, yet not the one thing that counts; we aspire so high, and fall so low; we suffer so much, but so seldom with Christ; we have done so much and so little will remain; we have known Christ in part, and have so effectively barricaded our hearts against His mighty love, which surely He must yearn to give His disciples above all people.” ― Amy Carmichael
You can do this. God can equip and empower you to witness for Jesus!
