Will you have friction with God and harmony with people, or harmony with God and friction with people?

Choose to love God more than other people. It'll go better on you in the long run. You'll never regret being 100% sold-out to Christ as your Lord ..when many merely have Him as Savior or don't know Him at all.

Often times a Christian desiring to do it differently by being a "secret-agent witness".. you know what I mean: living with the daily M.O. of 'Hey, I’ll just live the life minus tellin' anyone about the Gospel or my love for God' ..will repeat to themselves, “I’ll just fly under the radar here and personally experience zero friction with people, and that'll be much cooler for me... but they don't realize that's not how Christ lived. He was led by the Spirit and constantly told people the truth in love.

Now we've all met Christians who run their mouths off too much on their boss's nickle when they're really supposed to be workin' in their place of employment - it's a bad witness. Wish they'd be quiet more cuz this gives the Gospel a blackeye so to speak. But some workers who live the life never share Jesus even though the Bible encourages us all to..wisely.

“Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.” 1 John 4:15

In this earth-experience called life, you will either have harmony with people and friction with God, or harmony with God (via a right relationship with Christ according to the Bible) and friction with people. Who among us here can have it both ways? No one. Some love this world's system and their pet-sins more than God and that's the reason why there's oppostion.

"Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. For I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law." ~ Jesus, Matthew 10:34-35

So, it's up to you. Are you for Him or against Him? There's no in-between. Be for Him and know Him as Lord today! Will you do it your own way, or His way (which is biblcial). Each one of us must decide which way it will go with us n God. If you choose to enjoy harmony with God, the conflict you experience with others (even with relatives in some cases..) may ultimately lead to the awareness of their own need to find harmony with God through faith in Jesus. had some minutes free and.. THIS got me thinkin'.. this GOT me thinkin'.. this got ME thinkin'.. this got me THINKIN'.

Can't deny it happened, because it actually did.  F R E E time found..or made is so awesome!

A I N 'T so much "a meditatER" but I had some minutes free and.. T H I S (moment) got me meditatin' some upon John 3:16.

I love findin' some moments F R E E ..with my Bible in hand (it's all about findin' freedom).

And I just had some minutes ..and this G O T me meditating ..meditating upon John 3:16. Indeed, alone with the Lord, this got M E meditatin' upon John 3:16..  this really got me M E D I T A T I N' upon John 3:16.. this got me meditatin' U P O N what?..upon J O H N  3:16..  cuz R E A L L Y.. what's better to meditate UPon? Okay you're right, it's true, he whole Book is full of wonderful P R O M I S E S to claim by faith and meditate upon.

For G O D..

For God S O loved..

For God so L O V E D the world..

For God so loved the W O R L D...

For God so loved the world, that he G A V E…

For God so loved the world, that he gave his O N L Y begotten Son..

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten S O N..

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that W H O S O E V E R believeth...

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever B E L I E V E T H in him…

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should NOT  P E R I S H (yeah not like die-die, you know as in "cease to exist" in limbo all vaporized somewhere, not even if his or her body reaches room temperature and becomes worm-food (sorry, don't wanna get too graphic with the worms), not "kick the bucket," not like deceased spiritually, not completely passed away, not given up the ghost, or totally expired.. not been slain all the way, "not bitten the dust as in soul-croakin', or as in bought the farm..spiritually, not biting the big one, not eatin' it and growin' all stiff..spiritully (can't happen), not like come under God's perminent wrath in the pit (and you know He's been very patient with us sinners), but instead..I mean (and with all humor now aside) living on for all eternity long in a very cool location called heaven, instead of that uber-creepy place designed for fallen angels ..called H E double hockey sticks.. it's not really PC to actually say Hell any more these days).

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but H A V E..

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have E V E R L A S T I N G  L I F E.  (free zōē life—a never ending type of life that's so real, extra-qualitative, and genuine; a life that's positively active, bonus-abundant, lively-vigorous ..and one that can continue on with ya right into heaven with Him who is rad-holy).

Yes, be sure of it! This same G O D totally-loves you to the max today and even goes..and has gone..public with it. Be Cross-eyed and minded. He says, "I have loved you with an everlasting love." Jeremiah 31:3

So many people here have heard all about what God is down on, and about what so called Christians are so against rather than for, but have you heard about and meditated upon how much God S O agapaōs Y O U?

Please think about how He L O V E S you today ..R I G H T  T H I S  M O M E N T.. N O W!.. with His non-selfishly-focused kinda G I V I N G love that goes W A Y  B E Y O N D the second mile for ya… that you and I don't really know anything about. N O P E!  Why Kurt? Well, cuz there is no human-love.. not in the past, present or future apart from Jesus.. that is even close to being comparable to His H U G E divine L O V E He has for you. I know, right? Sure does. God loved you up a lonely hill to a brutal Cross ..and He still L O V E S you. So much so that He wants to forgive you. He wants to unite with, hang tight with, warmly embrace, bless, be best-of-buds with, and have wonderful fellowship with you.

"God is love." — 1 John 4:16

Run if you want, and it doesn't make any difference at all how far you try to run away from God. He sees, fully understands, and loves you still. Yep, His eye remains in love on Y O U cuz He just can't take is eyes of ya. Ever fell in, or jumped into love like that? Nope, you and I haven't ..that much.

He sees it all regarding your life. He's into you and wants you into Him. Feels compassionate. Sure, bad things can happen to decent people around us (or to us) in this fallen sin-cursed world, but God S O cares about you. And the Bible says that God even did something good about the mess He didn't mess up. He sent His only sinless Son from heaven to this earth to be your ultimate solution. Did that for your friends and family as well. Jesus Christ took the hit for you—He came to this earth to take all your sins upon His person on a Cross. He's alive now. "Who then will condemn us?" asks Paul. "No one--for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God's right hand, pleading for us" (Rom. 8:34 nlt). You know deep down that God has a plan for your whole life. Not an uptight,  boring one. You matter; wants you to have life during this life and wants you to enjoy a living hope inside.

"'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord. 'Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future.'" — Jeremiah 29:11

All have sinned, and the paycheck for such is death, but God holds out life for you. He created Y O U, each one of us, in His own image, and you are rad-important to Him so make each day count for Him.

"Indeed the very hairs of your head are numbered." — Luke 12:7

So what are you waiting for? Decide to, "Worship the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs." — Psalm 100.2

I've noticed that people who refuse to worship God ..just end up worshippin' somethin' or someone else that really ain't worth worshippin' at all. Get's em whacked spiritually. Don't want that. So that's why we go tell em about God's love. So let's go tell! Like at facebook.com/shareJesus

What are the three main goals of a Christian's progress?

The main goals of a pilgrim's progress are to biblically worship God first and foremost, to grow in the likeness of Jesus Christ as we honest-intimately relate to Him, and then by His Spirit to live and clearly share His Gospel for decisions worldwide.

The Bible says, "For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified." Ever had church-hurt? Ever been hurt at a sick or a dead church? Ever done the hurting? Well, stop that. Wise up and act accordingly!

You've never "been had" until you've "been had" by a so called church pastor or one who calls you "brother." (and don't get me wrong, cuz many pastors are decent and many churches are as well. Grow in a healthy Christ-honoring W.E.L.L. church - a Worshipping Jesus, Evangelizing, Loving, Learning.. church)
No hurt runs so deep as church-hurt. Some of you right now need to be involved in real healing and restoration, even when some of your so called leaders or alleged elders, keep sayin' that you need to be involved in more serving (of them) and giving to support "the ministry." Yo, just follow and please Christ instead of mere men. "Minister" means servant and his attitude should be humble as he serves, and not be that the people are there give and support his ministry (though we all love to give and serve the Lord with balance).
"He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God."' Rev 2:7

I say.. Turn and join Christ, be on-fire for Him. Yes, more than for anything or anyone else. Be apart of a living Christ-honoring Bible teaching kinda church instead of some lame refuse-to-rightly-apply-the-Bible kinda dead church. Bu..bu.. bu..but Kurt, what's a dead one like? Well, I'm surely not talking about a dead or abandoned building here.
1.)  A dead church worships its past. Don't do that. Why waste your time. Live in the present, set worship of the Lord as your first priority ministry, and plan biblically for the future.
2.)  A dead church is inflexible and no longer open to good kinda change. Why not flex with new technology as a tool to feed, edify people. Why not flex with musical style—styles the people actually like - nothing wrong with that (not talking about lyrics here). But be inflexible applying the basics and with doctrinal Essentials.
3.)  A dead church is stuck in a rut with lazy leadership that's now in cruise control mode. It's way comfortable and uber-easy for em to lead like that, all prayerless. Question: Why would the devil waste any time giving opposition to a church not making any impact...one that's not exalting Jesus Christ, or calling sin, sin.. or preaching and teaching all the counsels of God by the power of God's Spirit? The leaders have allowed spiritual lethargy and apathy to set in and could really give a flip. If the horse has died, just dismount. Bail. Find a church that's alive and sound.
4.)  A dead church neglects young people. The leaders won't listen to them ..or to anyone. They only want to give attention to the money-people. Some of them love the TV camera more than people.
5.)  A dead church lacks evangelistic zeal and Great Commission vision. It doesn't happen at home, this soul-winning stuff, nor does it happen across the street or over an ocean from such a church—the leaders also don't example evangelism. It's a turn-off to em. They refuse to couple practical service with reaching out to witness at their own house, globally, or anywhere. "That's not my calling" they say.
This following passage has always been so interesting to me and should be for anyone who wants to be well. Reminds me of some churches I've visited, "..to the angel of the church in Sardis write, 'These things says He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars: 'I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God. Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent.'" Rev. 3:1-3  You know that alive and awake; that's much better than sleeping or dead, believer. facebook.com/shareJesus

What's your take on "Lordship-salvation"? Many keep on debatin' this. What's God's take on it?

I'm a little slow to learn, but after that wonderful warm evening in the Spring of 1977 near Newport Beach ..when I repented of my wrong-doin's (sins) praying to receive Christ and His free forgiveness.. it took me a couple months to learn I shouldn't really be dating and gettin' physical with those unregenerated tan surfer-babes (2 Cor. 6:14), or be drinkin' at beach parties with em until totally drunk.. and then fleeing on foot from police who were kinda upset with all that stuff.

I loved the Lord with all my heart, didn't mind talking about Him (at least who I thought He was) or talking about what He did in my life (my personal testimony), but I was so very dense. I just started to read His book, the Bible, hadn't found a Bible teaching church led by the Lord through a saved pastor, and I sure had a lot to learn. Still do.. still do a whole lot.. so I just keep prayerfully reading the red (along with all 66 books in-between the leather) tryin' to simply understand and apply what I read.

How gracious Jesus was to put up with me for so long, with my slow-dying uber-lame-habits, and not simply full-volume-yell at me, and throw me out (of His Kingdom) on my ear.. like, "Yo Bro, You thick-headed n just ain't gettin' it. And you keep hurtin' me over an over again, so you out! God take your weird worldly habits and all your worldly self-destructive close friends and go far away, Kurt. Don't come knockin' on my door again!" No, what's so cool is that God didn't say that cuz He is love and He is long-suffering, a genuine friend of sinners like me.

"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us." 1 Jn. 1:9-10

He'll freely forgive us, keep on forgiving us (Col. 1:14, Acts 10:43, Eph. 4:30).. and cleanse our lives from all destructive sinful habits that are not according to His righteousness.. meaning that right livin' while being in right standing with God due to faith in Christ's finished work on the Cross.

We don't have to first clean up to get saved. That's what religion tells us to do, "You clean up from the outside in, and you better do it well or you won't ever have a hope to be saved. If you clean up well, you might get into God's holy Heaven." So false. Jesus ain't religious; He catches His fish so to speak, and then cleans em.. from the inside out.. by His Spirit.. in that order. There have even been a lot of born again yet not totally sanctified sinners who have gone to heaven. Think about the thief on the cross who was forgiven (see Luke 23:32-43). Think about the promise of Jesus to Him, "Truly I say to you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise." Christ never lies.

Sure, any of us can come to Him sincerely repenting, fully trusting, and simply believing in Him.. just as we are and then be accepted with open arms of love, but remember..He loves us too much to leave us the way we are..the way were were when we found Him. The Father wants us to live like, be like, walk like, smell like His dear son, Jesus.

I get asked if I believe in Lordship-salvation and my answer is "Nope." Because a baby Christian doesn't always have it all together in their mind or walk when forgiven—they just know they are totally stoked-out in and about Jesus. God's gentle process of sanctification has now started with them. He hates sin but is very patient.

But I do believe that when one is regenerated (born again spiritually) by faith alone in Christ alone.. it's kinda like God just set up a beachhead (at the high price of blood) on that island, but it could take quite a period of time for the new Possessor of the island to gain control of the entire island (and the new believer is that island if ya will, that was bought at a price). It is of course good (for the believer and the Kingdom) to encourage every believer to make Jesus Lord, today.

Paul in First Corinthians 12:3 says, "..no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost."  A person can not have the presence of the Holy Spirit inside their person until after they are regenerated a.k.a. "saved" (that's a Bible term). And in Romans 8:9 Paul states, "Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His."

In Galatians 4:6 Paul speaks to believers saying, "And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father." You must be born again. If you and I were born right the first time, we wouldn't need to be born twice. John 3:6 says believers are "born of the Spirit."—they are sealed by the Spirit (Eph. 4:30).

In Our Day How Do You Go About Helping So Called Seekers Take The Next Step With Christ?

The best use of one's life is love. The best expression of love is sincere worship of God.... but on the horizontal plane it's simply time spent with a person for the Gospel's sake ..hearing, really understanding, and helpin' em where they want and need help. And the best time to show genuine love is now ..today. Let everything you do be done in love.

I've got a brand new tool for you to use! You'll like it. Measured against eternity, you're aware that our time here on earth is just like a quick blink of an eye if ya will, and that's why we need to use our time wisely. So.. first-off do you mind if I ask you a few personal questions? Do you know the Lord in a personal way? Are you growing in Him? Do you have a sense of His passion, concern, purpose and urgency?

I want to gently implore you, I very much want to motivate you.. to pray, to go, to tell. I want to help you towards a really fulfilling life ..with Jesus and His Great Commission today!

Question: If you know Him, why not wisely use the cutting edge tools of this day to glorify Him? They used to use a net to fish, but today..while laws permit..we can use a different net for that (while not becoming ensnared in an evil part of the web). I just love the verse, "Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love..." (1 Tim. 4:12).

And the Apostle Paul also told young Timothy, "..be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry." (2 Tim. 4:5). That's a good verse for us as well. So another question for you is this: How can any Christian (full time career minister or not, young or not, evangelist or not..) fully fulfill their ministry without doing the work of evangelism? I really don't think it can be done. Do you? How?
Growing up, did you have a bad experience with so called evangelism? Did Mormons or Jehovah Witnesses (with their false and perverted, counterfeit message) or did other stiff, cold-hearted churchy-like people push you into going door-to-door with some religious gospel? Did they get rude, weird, or abusive with their hearers..or others? I'm so sorry about that. Some people that I've met have a negatively tweaked, false caricature in their minds regarding "soul-winning", "Christian world-changing", "evangelism."
It's so sad that something so joyous, beautiful, glorious, and good could become viewed anything other than the way God intends for us to view it. That's indeed not God's plan cuz He has better things for us.
I've sadly met people who have first-hand, up-close and personally experienced religious brow-beating and manipulation "In the name of Jesus" even, or right in church, but then later from a healthy Christ-centered church were happy to discover God's biblical way of sharing their faith from an overflow of what the Spirit was doing in their lives. They've seen it done wrong, not the way Christ did it, and then fortunately done right resulting in many coming into a meaningful relationship with the Lord.
Hey gang, we don't ever have to act pushy, religiously-preachy, cold blooded, elite, exclusive, harsh, accusatory, above others, manipulative, or self-righteous in this. God forbid we think or act like that! Be biblical with His grace instead. Remember, Jesus didn't minister or fish in some pushy pressurizing sorta way like that. You know He was meek and selfless. But His Great Commandment (Matt. 22:37), the second greatest "Love your neighbor as yourself" (v. 39), and His Great Commission (see Matt. 28:16-20)..are still just the same for every believer to prayerfully live-out ..with no exceptions.
I love to read through Ephesians because the first three chapters keep telling me about all that God has blessed me with, how He has lavishly met my needs as He promised to do (Phil. 4:19), and even added value free of charge into my life.. and then later Paul tells me about my duties, how I am to be and act in properly representing Him to individuals who perhaps have a wrong caricature in their minds about who God is. I love how God (the Initiator) blesses and meets my needs and then wants to use me (the responder) to bless and meet the needs of others.
"I am convinced the greatest act of love we can ever perform for people is to tell them about God's love for them in Christ." ~ Billy Graham

"Less than two percent of professing Christians regularly share their faith with others." ~ Bill Bright

God is love. He epitomized love, He demonstrated love, He exampled this love for us all the way to Calvary. His Message of the Cross, His Purpose, and His Plan—they're all about experiencing and sharing His great love (both face to face and other ways).

Steady on ..faithful.. with some kick wins the race.

Steady on with some kick wins the race.

Steady on with some kick wins the race.  #KickIt!  #WorldlyWorksOfTheFlesh  #ToTheCurbAndObey

Steady on in Him with some kick wins the race! Yep, as the Lord directs..

I mean in this race of faith. Christ calls us to be faithful. He never said, Hey, I expect you to be uber-quick, to all-out compete in your zippy-run, to be super-skilled, to be hot-lookin'. Nope, never once said, You better be fast as lightening - Hurry up! So......should we not be quick to hear and obey God's delegated and direct authority?

Sure we should, but how can anyone even start to do that ..filled with doubt instead of being steady-faithful? Yo, God wants you and me full of biblical faith inside (not with some flashy televangelist's strange kinda speak it to create your wealth word-faith), yes, in His living Word cuz without real faith it's impossible to please Him. "Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ." Romans 10:17

The Lord won't say, "Well done, good and uber-fast servant." He ain't really gunna say, "Well done, good and very talented, handsome, and rich servant." Seriously, God won't say, "Well done, thou religious and mostly proper servant." No, no, Oh noooO, Barney Buckerooo! What will He say then? Glad you asked. Read on…

"Only fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart. For consider what great things he has done for you." 1 Samuel 12:24

"Let not steadfast love and faithfulness forsake you; bind them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart." Proverbs 3:3

"By faithfulness we are collected and wound up into unity within ourselves, whereas we had been scattered abroad in multiplicity." ― Augustine

"Being faithful in the smallest things is the way to gain, maintain, and demonstrate the strength needed to accomplish something great." ― Alex Harris

Success, speed, wealth, outward appearance, extraordinary physical talent.. that's the world's criterion of merit; faithfulness the Lord's—yes, fidelity is God's.

"One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much, and one who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much." Luke 16:10

"And he charged them: 'Thus you shall do in the fear of the Lord, in faithfulness, and with your whole heart...'" 2 Chronicles 19:9

Run righteously in relationship with Christ. Stay in your lane and follow the good rules. Faithfulness is not doing something right once because the boss is watching, but doing something right over and over and over and over with consistency full of biblical faith cuz your Master is watching and you want to please Him.

"A faithful man will abound with blessings, but whoever hastens to be rich will not go unpunished." Proverbs 28:20

"Love the Lord, all you his saints! The Lord preserves the faithful but abundantly repays the one who acts in pride." Psalm 31:23, emph. mine

"She sang, as requested. There was much about love in the ballad: faithful love that refused to abandon its object; love that disaster could not shake; love that, in calamity, waxed fonder, in poverty clung closer." ― Charlotte Brontë, Shirley

"After a long time the lord of those servants came and settled accounts with them.
So he who had received five talents came and brought five other talents, saying, 'Lord, you delivered to me five talents; look, I have gained five more talents besides them.'
"His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'
"He also who had received two talents came and said, 'Lord, you delivered to me two talents; look, I have gained two more talents besides them.'
"His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'
"Then he who had received the one talent came and said, 'Lord, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered seed.
'And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the ground. Look, there you have [what is] yours.'
"But his lord answered and said to him, 'You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed.
'So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest.
'Therefore take the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten talents.
'For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away.
'And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'" ~ Jesus, Matt. 25:19-30

"The reward of being 'faithful over a few things' is just the same as being 'faithful over many things'; for the emphasis falls upon the same word; it is the 'faithful' who will enter 'into the joy of their Lord.'" ― Charles S. Robinson

"We have come to a turning point in the road. If we turn to the right mayhap our children and our children's children will go that way; but if we turn to the left, generations yet unborn will curse our names for having been unfaithful to God and to His Word." ― Charles Spurgeon

If you blow it along the way, believer, just stop and take responsibility for it. Many don't. When we sin and are unfaithful He remains faithful still. Get up again and run your race. I'd say, examine yourself well to see if you are really in the faith. Have you done that? Go tell on yourself ..first to God. Confess, turn from, forsake the sin. Run to Him, not away. Run to a decent pastor, not away. Run to a sound church, not away and let God firm plant you where you can grow in the Word. Receive free forgiveness.. from God not from some "man of the cloth" who merely says he can do that.

Admit it and quit it. Change. Advance in the race ..His race for you.. yes, together with Christ. Go forward on-fire for Jesus, not as some carnal or worldly or stiffly religious cold-hearted nominal Christian. No, grow stronger in His grace and Bible-truth..daily.

Guess what.. God will indeed forgive you, cleanse you, restore you, and impart His faithfulness to you. How cool is that! And people will know you are a real person ..not proud. They'll be able to relate to you cuz they blow it at times too. Wanna finish the race you were born to run? Wanna start being faithful? Like at: Facebook.com/shareJesus

"Every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed"...but HELLO!..peeps allowin' themselves to be enticed don't make an impact for Christ.

Single and married people.. they get all enticed, tempted and lured away to that O so attractive, seemly-lovely, sweet-lookin' bait ..that hides the fatal hook.

With every choice there's a process, and with every process there's a result. And guess what…you get to make the choice, but you don't get to choose the result.

Adultery sadly seems to be a drawn-out.. yes, longer kinda destructive process, but the public around the couple affected doesn't see all the thoughts, the fantasy, the lust, the little flirt-comments and actions.. or this longer process. This blunder ain't for you or anyone ever, but God is for you.

Hey Buckeroo, got a perverse sorta problem, bail on even the inception of such - it isn't leading anywhere good ..for anyone! You'll be so glad you bailed on it. Change your thoughts (i.e., refocus, repent and believe). Admit it and quit it. Trusting the Bible-Jesus is step-ONE for all ..no exceptions.

Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. Worldliness (such an old term..) is encroaching, trying to move in on ya. Kick it to the curb!

"Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions—is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever."

What are you regularly feeding your mind and inner human spirit? "You adulterous people! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God?"
"If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own..."
Sow to the Word and Spirit of God in you, believer. Not to this world system, not to fornication, not to infidelity, not to dead religion, or to your ole fleshly nature that tells ya to do what it tells ya to do.

In your first-love relationship with Christ, sow to faithfulness and ditch all that junk that's bad for people. Sin is fun for season, but you feed on what really edifies.

"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." ~ Paul

It's not..pop and then gone! Nope. Most of the time marriages don't really end with a blow out, they end with an uber-slow leak. Want that? No! The Bible says…
"Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death."
But loyalty starts in the mind, God is totally loyal and can make you very loyal. Cast down imaginations. Know intimately and worship ..HIM.. putting the Lord first in everything, for He ain't bored. He alone can give you life during this life. Opt to quickly flee the youthful passions that are evil and pursue righteousness (a right vertical relationship), faith (not in self as your god), love (that's real), and peace in the Prince of peace. Choose to renounce all ungodliness, worldly passions, and to live self-controlled in Christ today.. yes, upright, and godly lives for His glory.  kurtwvs.tumblr.com

After you gave it your best, splained it so well, invested gobs and saw your offspring bail out to run after a life of worthlessness.

Parent, trust the far country to do it's work... just like the prodigal's father did. He didn't chase after, plead with, bribe, beg with tears, go-by-feelings, amply fund, enhance the pleasure-seeking-lifestyle to show that he's kind, foolishly enable, or comfort the stiff-necked arrogantly "entitled" uber-party-addict in his sin.. but the father simply trusted the far country to do it's work#whentheystridefromtheMastersside

"Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard. Every prudent man acts with knowledge.." Prov. 13:15-16

''The backslider in heart will be filled with his own ways, but a good man will be satisfied from above." Prov. 14:14

"And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off (no sinner can restore or save them self..), his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him" (Lk. 15:20 emph mine). Ya don't see another pic in the Bible where God is running, but here He does, and it's towards what/who?..it's towards a repentant humble sinner who is still greatly loved. For God so loved the world that He gave. And Jesus took every stripe and particle of splintery wood on his bloody back that each of us deserved, and then He rose from the dead after that ugly Cross horror..cuz of love. It's amazing how the Father loves sinners like me, so that we can get right with Him.  facebook.com/shareJesus

"I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." ~ Jesus (Jn. 15:5)
