Are there ten thousand trainers?

Ten thousand instructors. They abound. Dad’s do too. 

Not many fathers.

Where did all the fathers go? 

Lots of kids still raising themselves. 

Wanting to belong and really fit in. Lookin’ for a leader.

A “father” basically gives a flip and follows through for other's benefit. It's about adding value differently unto their maturity and beyond that time. It means hangin' in there, hearing, livin' it, caring.. being just available more. Means leading by example consistently, and constantly stretching oneself in new ways for the growth and edification of ones loved.

“After all, though you should have ten thousand teachers (guides to direct you) in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers. For I became your father in Christ Jesus through the glad tidings (the Gospel).” ~ Paul #1Cor4:15. God is your main Father -- turn and trust. He won’t ditch.  

Christ is your primary leader today ...who really gives a flip and has a good plan for you. 

I heard yesterday that 73 percent of black babies born in the USA are sadly born outside of wedlock. The National Center for Health Statistics said that 77.3 percent of non-immigrant black births were illegitimate. The national non-immigrant average is 42 percent, and it was 30 percent for whites. It doesn't matter if you are brown, white, black or other.. this nation really needs more real fathers.. even spiritual father types pointing to Jesus.
