F4S: Musings.. is all.

Musings.. is all.

It’s so easy to take things.. and even more so.. people you love for granted. Life here doesn’t stay the same even when it really feels like it won’t change much. But change in big and small ways it does and without my permission. : )

“Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.” Proverbs 19:21

It’s step by step going forward.
And your next step is to correctly take the next step.  Passivity can be a killer.

Warmth in winter by a fireplace.. or from the sun on my back later on in the year! Love it. Warmth in listening, in conversations and in just praying a simple prayer too! Show respect. Give the warmth of love out rather than always waiting for it to arrive. Build trust instead of tearing the trust downward. Have integrity, faith and joy! No.. more JOY than that. A lot more JOY. Too many lack joy. Also.. keep your promises. Act like men.. men (God says to do that in the Bible guys--you know, that’s His love letter to the Christian). Keep all of them, your promises. Duh. Don’t even make one if you’re not sure you can keep it. God keeps all His (Bible), and can help you do the same. He always has

“Success in life comes not (merely) from holding a good hand, but in playing a poor hand well (..so to speak).” ~ Warren Lester

We each can gain wisdom for the choices that we face in life from the Word of God. He lives and is so there for you. Just ask. Happy Easter!

He’s invincible! He’s irresistible!
You can’t get him out of your mind! None could keep Him down.
You can’t get Him off of your hands of responsibility really. You can’t outlive him, and you can’t live..not really live..not live very long..without Him!
The religious Pharisees couldn’t stand him; so jealous, but they found out they couldn’t stop Jesus! Pilate couldn’t find any fault in him at all! He’s still sinless. And Herod couldn’t kill him.
It’s Good Friday today, the day He physically died, but…
Death couldn’t handle him long, and the grave couldn’t hold him! Three days and done. He was up and out of there and guess what… there were over 500 eye witnesses.
