God loves the rich, the poor, and all those who aren’t either of the above. Sure, and He loves the black and white police and all those who aren’t black or white. God can care for every human in every generation.. if they’ll just let Him. He can even forgive em and take their hate away.
He can provide, guide and protect. There is nothing that God cannot do. He is so SO able to meet all our needs. Even the biggest need.

I like what the Bible says about those who are lacking. 

“The earth quaked; The heavens also dropped rain at the presence of God; Sinai itself quaked at the presence of God, the God of Israel. You shed abroad a plentiful rain, O God; You confirmed Your inheritance when it was parched. Your creatures settled in it; You provided in Your goodness for the poor, O God.” Psalm 68:10
