“No worries, mate! Don’t sweat it.” Got a friend that says that to me. (Blog)
I think that means what Jesus was saying in Matthew 6.
He said, “That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing?” (verse 25 nlt).
When we worry, we waste time. We are essentially not looking to God or trusting him to meet all our needs when he said that’s what he wants to do.
Worry is a lack of faith, lack of relationship love, and lack of trust in God. In fact, the word worry originates from a term that means “to strangle.” And that’s exactly what worry has to go away. It does that to us. It strangles us. It chokes us. Worry is interest that we pay on troubles before they’re due.

No hard or weird worldly heart, there are enough of those -- let God give you a new heart.
