F4S: "But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin." 1 John 1:7

"But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin." 1 John 1:7

I just love the Lord. What else? I love Bible study in a group gobs, the applicable teaching from that, and real fellowship too ..you know, gettin' real in speech, helpin' one another grow.. along with the breaking of bread and honest praying alone or together. (See Acts 2:42)

What is the right hand of fellowship (Galatians 2:9)? Got a few questions on this?

In a world that is now craving edifying fellowship more than ever, both upwards and outwards (in that order..), we can be bold about taking off the masks and just enjoy wholesome fellowship together. Regardless of what the politicians and their media slaves say.

I don’t mean that we just get together to share “feelings” only, believer. And there is an important place for that, but we inject truth that we each can wisely apply where the rubber meets the road ..for a totally enriched life. The Bible says…

“And let us consider how to spur one another on to love and good deeds. Let us not neglect meeting together, as some have made a habit, but let us encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching. If we deliberately go on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no further sacrifice for sins remains..” Hebrews 10:24-26

"And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers." Acts 2:42

Fellowship is about walkin' in the light and growin' together..in connection with the Lord and a healthy local church.. but some people don't want to do that. Some people are humble and soft-hearted, and others proud and hardhearted. Some (lost or saved) sinners are open to the truth from the Bible and the good things of God, and others are not. Some want to hang on to their idol, their sin-habit, or their pointing of the finger at other's sins.

Look up, intercede biblically together.. so earnestly with candor and sincerity. Edify one another (think prayerful bible study). See the fire inside re-lit, expect, believe and receive.

When you cast your pearls before swine so to speak (share your story or the Message when they really don’t want to hear it), you aren’t really building a bridge of friendship.

I say, prayerfully earn the right to be heard by them. Accept them as a friend (not saying close friend yet) and build a relationship short of liking or falling into their sin habit. Limit your time with the party animal and the carnal or religious Christian so you don’t stumble where they do.

Do spend dialogue-time and other good times with the open and closed sinners, but make the on-fire believers that are walkin’ in faith, in fellowship, and in victory.. your closest friends.

Hey, if you want to win some (to Christ), then choose to be winsome.

Sin can be fun for a season, but you know it’s good to learn to hate sin no matter what it is (because they’re all so destructive), but when a person becomes uber-quick and extra harsh in dealing with another person who has a particular sin-issue, could it be that what he or she hates in another person so much.. is what he or she is currently battling with

Why is it that we people (unregenerate sinners, and saved-sinners) are so quick to see the sin-habits in others that we are guilty of? Is it because we have became so familiar with these in our daily life? Ask, talk it over.. yeah, humbly ask God to forgive you cuz humble repentance (instead of prideful denial) is a more beautiful way of life, believer.

“Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. But we know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things. And do you think this, O man, you who judge those practicing such things, and doing the same, that you will escape the judgment of God? Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?”  Romans 2:1-4

The Gospel saves people from their sins. It’s a life-saving message. But when someone doesn’t want to hear the Gospel, what then? Well, they are a closed sinner and we are to share the gospel with those who are open.. wanting to hear the good news.. who are wanting the lasting help that only God can give. Think freedom here, forgiveness, balance, abundant life here... and eternal life too.

What does the Bible mean that we are not to judge others?

The lost man’s favorite Bible verse has to do with what? Don’t judge me man! Judge not lest you be judged.

Does the Bible forbid judging others in all circumstances?

What does it mean to judge not lest you be judged (Matthew 7:1)?

Yeah, what exactly is the meaning of that passage in 7:1

Why burn a bridge when you can patiently build a good bridge.. for their sake, for the Message to get across and help em?  I want them so blessed like I am. I want to one day enjoy pure fellowship with that person  ..forever even. Fish4souls.org
