“When our trials come, when we feel pain and suffering, when our tears flow again, it is our joy and comfort to lift our faces heavenward and to go on, standing on the promises of God.” ― W. A. Criswell
For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for his glory. 2 Corinthians 1:20 #emph.mine[Abraham] was fully convinced that God is able to do whatever he promises. Romans 4:21Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. Hebrews 10:23Since you are in Christ, I have made you an heir of all My promises. Galatians 3:29
Listen, people will come to trust you in other areas too if you always keep your promises, like spiritually when you share the Gospel message with them. Fish4souls.org
He did it for Joseph -- kept His promise.
He keeps all His promises, every one of them. Now how much of the Bible is prophecy?

Why is there so much prophecy in the Bible? Why should I study Bible prophecy?
Is the United States of America in Bible prophecy?
What is prophecy? What does it mean to prophesy?
Does Bible prophecy predict that there will be a World War 3 (III, three) before the end times?

God, speaking through the prophet Isaiah to the Israelites who were in exile at the time, reminded them of what He had done for them in the past (in Isaiah 43:18-19 esv). He keeps all His promises -- all of them and He is never late.
Remember, yes God says, “remember how I brought you out of slavery in Egypt, and your enemies drowned?”
“But forget all that—” God goes on to say, “It is nothing compared to what I am going to do.*
“For I am about to do something new.”
“See, I have already begun! Do you not see it?”
“I will make a pathway through the wilderness.”
“I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.”
God has already saved you, believer, and He has given to you the Holy Spirit as a foretaste of the glory that is to come. And what is yet to come will be even greater! Far greater! As you face the fresh start of this year, ask God what new thing He wants to do in your life, and in your Bible teaching church, and in your city too. Pray that God’s Kingdom will come like a nice path in and through the wilderness (even though the circumstances here are not always so nice) and like a refreshing river in the parched desert. There are many around us each week that are famished. They are SO thirsty and very hungry and yet.. many of them have no clue what they are really hungry for so they try to fill up on the worthless chaff of this world system. Dead religion doesn't satisfy or save anyone. The bars and nightclubs don't either. Jesus can satisfy and forgive anyone.
You and me, we can point them in the right direction -- to the bread of Life, to the living waters of life. Come as you are to Him.. willing to be changed by Him. Ask Him to forgive you of any wrong-doin’s too. He will.
"Jesus said to him, I am the Way and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) Me." John 14:6

Q: What’s the last promise found in the Bible (you know all of them of course are important)?
“Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.” ~ Jesus, Revelation 22:7-21
