None of us need a false assurance inside cuz none of us know the day when we're gunna go. Today, I'm praying for the relatives of Senior U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia who was just found dead at a West Texas ranch. Probably had no clue it would happen today--most people don't know when. I so hope he was right with the Lord. Really liked him! Why not instead of guessing about it or having a false assurance on this (not at all sure what Scalia had inside, but), instead.. we each gain a real assurance of salvation. It's the Bible that uses the word "saved" cuz it can happen for us. It's God's thing, we just need to turn to Him and ask. Now, there was a day when you, the Donald, were kinda proud of the fact that you had "experiences" with married women. That's not for leaders or any, except of course with your wife now. You must know as a Presbyterian that unrepented of sins are still unforgiven sins so hopefully you already repented and believed. I hope you got right with Christ. We the American people want to see fruit. We all need to produce frult--not plastic table fruit as many exhibit. Ever bite into a fake orange or apple from the table? Hey, we're prayin' for you guys and for the USA. A nominal Christian can be defined as a person who may behave religiously, but yet he or she is a false believer, or a hypocrite. It's one who does not even walk with Jesus spiritually, one who believes with a mere head-knowledge perhaps (There's a clear warning: The Bible says that even the demons believe and tremble. Giving mental assent is not enough). But the nominal Christians has not yet turned from their sin--they've not humbly taken hold of "saving faith" that leads to a real vertical relationship with Christ / a real salvation that only God of the Bible offers us all ..yes, by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8,9).
I too have heard Ted lie. Sad about that. I think he's done cuz of that. I still want the best for Cruz even though I want him to lose. We all have sinned and all need to simply repent and believe in Jesus rather than stay dead inside, religious, irreligious or whatever. Mr Lu-Cifer …the devil and his fallen angel buds, they don’t care how people get to hell just as long as they do.
Let's be humble instead of proud--good examples who talk clean and edify others. I won’t judge hearts, only God can see em. But your question is real good @realDonaldTrump. And what an excellent time for your question–it should challenge you personally, and you Ted, and you Marco ..as well as all the rest (and all of us citizens as well)... just to make sure that you’re..that we’re all real (forgiven) Christians.
What Christ said to the leaders of His day is so important for us to hear today.
You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. But you are not willing to come to Me that you may have life. John 5:39-40 NKJV
I just love what God says on all this.
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!” Matthew 7:21-23 NKJV
The problem with being religious is that religion can lead a person to knowledge yet that knowledge will not lead them into a righteous relationship with God via faith in Christ.
The word of God regards nominal Christians in the same exact category as unbelievers and not as genuine born again Christians.
Read the Bible prayerfully cuz it would be so easy for any of us to be mistaken. Study Matthew 7:21-23 where it clearly shows us that there will be judgement upon people who thought they were true Christian believers but in the eyes of the Lord, these people were either deceptive nominal Christians or sincere false believers thinking they were saved by good deeds or something. Good works same no one.

Not gunna judge you or any–let’s judge ourselves first and the situation. Leaders, non-leaders, let’s check ourselves and make sure we are walking in the Spirit as real saved people. God is not just interested in any lip service from any of us. God expects our obedience to Him. We can be forgiven and born again spiritually today. This is what our nation needs most.
