The incarnation was and is for all nations! Love came down -- I enjoy Christmas because of Christ. He as God is the Gift that keeps on giving. “Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!” 2 Corinthians 9:15

  • Receive God's Christmas Gift! No charge, totally free. There are many people in our Land today.. in other Lands too.. who have entered this holiday season this year and it's the first time they've done so without a loved one with them. Perhaps due to a virus, old age, murder, a car accident or something else. We lost our second son, Nathan, and still haven't heard what happened to him. They say there was no foul-play involved, and that we should hear the report any day.. they say. Not sure when.
God the Father sent his Son to save us.. to help us.. to guide us and He lost His own dear Son at Calvary. My parents have been in this so called club for several years (they lost their only daughter my sis Kathy). My SoCal pastor and wife have been in this very populated club too (they lost their oldest son Christopher). Life here has not been a cake-walk for many people in many Lands I think, especially during this holiday season. It's been a holiday of mourning for many after this Covid pandemic to be frank. Who sent this? There is a devil and some weird people who hate us Westerners. And think about it.. there are zero words in any language to describe this situation of losing a child really. They call a man who lost his wife a widower, or the wife who lost her husband the widow. They call a child who lost their parents an orphan, but there's no name for a parent who lost their son or daughter.. cuz that's just not supposed to happen. Liney and I have entered a club of people we never wanted to join, but we prayerfully hope to minister God's comfort to those who need it ..from the comfort we've received from Jesus. So many people have been there for us. No pity-party here. The love has been overwhelming as well as what we've felt this year. Don't procrastinate, don't put it off another day. Please come to God as you are, yet willing to be changed by Him.

  • May God's STURDY AGAPE LOVE, may His STOUT ROBUST MERCY, may His BURLY ANOINTING with peace that passes all human understanding (yeah, this is my prayer for you..), and may His SUPER POWERFUL, STRAPPING, HERCULEAN, TOTALLY MUSCULAR grace with His TENDERLY-YET-DELICATE, MORE THAN KIND and GENTLE embrace be there for ya.  May it deeply, thoroughly, STRONGLY comfort you in UNMISTAKABLY tangible ways.  EVEN TODAY.. even into the new year and beyond!
  • Not been so easy here, but God has really been doin' this for Liney and I in Dallas.  Thanks Lord.  Glad for the manger, the Cross and empty tomb (eye witnesses saw Him and it)!  God's Presence (ya know cuz Christ hung on Calvary's tree.. for peeps like me) sure beats any temporal presents under a tree.  Glad for the manger, the Cross and the empty tomb!  Yeah, I'm grateful!  Now Lord, please help our dear friends come to know you today!

Happy Birthday Jesus -- we love You!

There are 366 prophecies in the Old testament about Jesus and about 40 of those prophecies that are about His Bethlehem arrival -- Christmas.

Bible prophecies have been fulfilled with complete accuracy even in the minutest details otherwise it would render the whole book of the Bible worthless for loser its authority when it claims to be an errant and true.

The Bible would be rendered totally useless and worthless like a lame fairytale if it’s prophecies did not come to pass as they have even down to the minutest details (even regarding the first Christmas). Why? Well, because it would lose it’s integrity.  The Bible claims to be true, fully inspired, and authoritative, but it would lose its authority when it claims to be that way.. when it claims to be inerrant and then even part of it turned out not to be true. Duh!

Whacko liberal “theologians” today tell us the Bible a true myth. That’s like saying it’s a true lie, or a true erroneous made up story. Some tell us the Bible is partly inspired, but not all of it is.

Q:  Well, who are the people who back in the day “were" or "are inspired enough” to tell us what’s inspired and not inspired?  Hey Sport, there was actually a sound criteria as to what was put in the cannon of Scripture.

Got some of your own honest questions about the Bible?

What was the process of deciding on the New Testament canon?

What is the canon of Scripture?

Where did the Bible come from? How did we get the Bible?

How and when was the canon of the Bible put together?

The closed canon—what are the implications?

Is the Bible true and authoritative or not?

Should I trust the Bible?  Why?

What does it mean that something is extrabiblical / extra-biblical?

Can so called Christians ..all of them.. agree on one Bible?

Gotta tell you about Mary Daniels in Florida. Her beloved husband had Alzheimer's so he was in a long-term facility where she as his wife could regularly visit him every single day. You know, to help him get ready for bed etc. But then they closed off their facility to all visitors due to Covid 19.. not wanting to see the virus spread anywhere from there. His wife really felt sad. He missed him every day. She of course wanted to just be with her darling all the time, yes every single moment of every single day, but it was hard to be kept away day after day. Then one day they called her up from the facility and said that they had a job position open up and she said yes I'll take it even before she learn what the job was about, and it turned out to be washing dirty dishes. So she'd be washing lot of dishes but she was so happy and she said that her husband's demeanor and well being has changed so much for the better in just a couple days time.. because they could be together and fellowship daily.

Well, that's what Jesus did he came down into our situation so we can always be just with him. That's what Christmas is all about!

What a great Holiday -- may you know the peace of Christmas because you know the Christ of Christmas.

Fact. There were 366 prophecies in the Old Testament regarding Jesus Christ and 40 to 50 of them were about his birth. You know, Christ’s birth at Bethlehem with the bright star, manger, angels, shepherds and all.

They all were fulfilled even down to the slightest details of these prophecies. What’s really wild is that there were 700 years between the prophecies proclaimed and Christ’s actual birth. So what are the odds that even 8 of them would be fulfilled? I’ll tell you.. One chance in one hundred million million. Yep.

You know, Christ’s birth at Bethlehem with the bright star, manger, angels, shepherds and all.

Yes indeed, the Bible would be rendered useless if even one of those prophecies (like regarding Christmas) failed to be fulfilled.

“The message of the angels to the shepherds was, 'Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!'” (Luke 2:14 nkjv). Peace on earth. When we look at all the wars and conflicts in the world today, we wonder where the peace is.

But a better translation of the angels’ statement would be, “Glory to God in the highest, and peace on earth among men with whom God is well pleased.” When our lives are well pleasing to God, we’ll have peace. But before we can have the peace of God, we must have peace with God.

If we don’t believe in Jesus, then we are, effectively, enemies of God. We’re at war with God. That comes as a shock to some people. They might say, “I believe in the man upstairs, in the good Lord.” But they’re still at war with God because their sin separates them from Him.

I remember when I first heard Jesus’s words, “He who is not with Me is against Me” (Matthew 12:30 nkjv). As a nonbeliever, I looked around at the Christians in the meeting I was attending on my high school campus and thought, “Well, I’m not one of them. Does that mean I’m against Him?”

I didn’t want to be at war with God.

That was the day I believed in Jesus. I remember feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. And for the first time in my life, I found the peace that God promises for each of us.

Jesus came to give us life in all its fullness. He said, “I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly” (John 10:10 nkjv). He has the meaning of life. You can live life to its fullest in a relationship with Jesus Christ.” ~ Greg Laurie

  • "Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever." 1 Timothy 1:15-17
